Way to KVN

A native of the small town of Fatezh (Kursk region), Alexei Lyutikov was born on 06/02/1974. He was born with a cleft lip and was ridiculed and bullied by his peers. Having received the profession of a social psychologist, in 1993 the young man became a member of the Kursk team "Service Entrance".

Young men did not go long to their success. Already in 1997, they brilliantly reached the semi-finals, beating the popular team Ural Pelmeni in the 1/8 finals in a head-to-head meeting. Lyutikov managed to catch on in Moscow, but he did not go on stage again. He started a family early, so he needed to get on his feet. Since 2006, Alexey Lyutikov began to cooperate with the Comedy Club, leading the direction of regional development. The situation is, unfortunately, far from over. So far, three attempts at reconciliation have been made, the last of which ended in failure. We did not communicate either with lawyers or with Netievsky himself, through the fault of the latter, for more than 1.5 months. Thus, it can be stated that the negotiation process between the parties has practically stopped at the moment.

An attempt was made to reconcile with the help of third-party negotiators, but it also did not lead to a real implementation of the agreements.

At the same time, our position has not changed throughout this story: we are waiting for the return of the embezzled assets. However, the actions of Netievsky's side rather indicate the opposite process.

About the trademark

No " technical association There are no signs, this is nonsense and a myth. There is a basic trademark, all the rest follow from it. It was appropriated, and now, a year later, an attempt was made to return it to the Netievskys "for a nominal fee."

It would seem that what else is needed - the sign is returning. Only the court is not about that. Court on the primary illegal acquisition of a trademark and its disposal for profit within 1 year. What Netievsky did with the trademark during this time, what profits he made from sole ownership of it, we do not know.

There is no doubt that Netievsky returned to the chair of the director of the Ural Pelmeni TO only to transfer the appropriated trademarks and sign documents. Thus, he is trying to avoid liability for trademark misappropriation.

I can also add that, in addition to endless litigation, Netievsky puts pressure on business LLC "Ural Pelmeni Production". Allegations of alleged violations are regularly filed with the police.

Lesha had a cleft lip as a child, Lyutikov's relatives say. - The boys teased, they did not give passage. Alexey was very worried and nervous because of this. On this basis, heart problems developed, noises appeared. The doctors then advised the Lyutikovs to send their son to the KVN school team.

Lesha liked it on stage. It would seem that they are laughing at him again, but without mockery. Then there were 5 operations on the face. And now Aleksey is already a stately young man, ready to conquer new heights.

A difficult childhood taught Lesha to live by the principle “If you don’t help yourself, no one will help you,” Lyutikov’s old friends confess. - Take at least the KVN team "Service Entrance", in which Lyutikov was the captain. When the investigative committee began to conduct an inspection, the detectives were first of all surprised that Lyutikov was not missed at home. Alexey is an exemplary family man. He lived with his wife for a quarter of a century. They have two children - a son of 23, a daughter of 14. So why didn't the family sound the alarm when the head of the family disappeared for a whole week?

Lyutikov told his wife that he had urgent business in Yekaterinburg concerning the activities of the Ural dumplings. Therefore, he is forced to stay in the Urals for several days, - explains a source in the power department.

Alexei's daughter is making notable progress in rhythmic gymnastics. The girl was recently even taken to the youth team of Russia. According to relatives, her competitions were sacred for her father. "Lyutikov was ashamed to return home"

The director of "Dumplings" knew perfectly well that he should not drink - over the years, a sick heart began to bother him even more. But, despite the prohibitions of doctors, Lyutikov first emptied the mini-bar in his room, and then called the bar, which is located in the hotel, and ordered cognac.

Lyutikov worked like a damn, promoting "Dumplings," one of the authors of "Ural dumplings" explains the behavior of the boss. – It was Aleksey who agreed on the long-term tour of the team in Sochi… The Pelmeni themselves, of course, do not let us into their affairs. The investigation into the death of Lyutikov has not yet been completed. Investigators are in no hurry to draw conclusions. And fans of KVN, who remember Alexei from his game for the “Service Entrance” team, are asking the relatives of the deceased comedian to hire a private detective to find out the real cause of the tragedy. However, close men believe that there is nothing to investigate here.

What caused the death of Alexei Lyutikov will be shown by an autopsy, which will take place on Thursday, August 11. This will at least exclude the version of clonidine poisoning, which has been practiced by prostitutes at all times. The hotel security service categorically denies even the possibility of such an emergency. Forensic experts must also determine the level of presence of alcohol in the body, as well as whether pure ethanol could lead to death.
