Draw a winter forest. Winter drawing with children, selection Draw a winter forest with a pencil

Snow. It wraps the earth in a soft, sparkling white veil, and, together with low, thick clouds, creates a magical atmosphere. So let's capture some magic with watercolors!

For this project we will need:

  • watercolor paper
  • Black watercolors and green phthalocyanine
  • Paint brush

First, let's learn how to draw an ordinary spruce.

Step 1

Mix the colors of the paints that you prepared to get a dark green. Draw a thin and short line starting from the top of the sheet. This is the top of the tree.

Step 2

Make some small branches just below the top. Place the brush close to it and sweep it down and to the side, twisting the ends a little. Keep in mind a triangular image with slight bumps around the edges.

Step 3

Continue drawing branches, but with each level making them a little longer. Leave some space between levels. Spruce looks much more realistic with small gaps between the branches.
Also make sure that the branches cover the trunk of the tree. Vary their direction and thickness.

Step 4

Draw a short, thin line at the bottom of the tree to represent its base.

Now let's decide on the shades.

Before you start painting the whole forest, you need to make a scale for determining the shades of paint on any unnecessary piece of watercolor paper. This will greatly help to keep the colors uniform in your work. So use this scale when drawing when needed.

To make it, divide a piece of paper into 3 equal sections. Paint over the first section with a very light shade. The second is medium, and the third is dark. Let the paint dry.

You are now ready to paint the spruce forest in watercolor.

Step 1: Light Wash

Using the first and lightest shade from your scale, draw a row of trees. They should be barely visible. Start drawing them closer to the top edge of the paper, and finish somewhere in the bottom third.

Step 2: Second, Medium Wash

Using a medium shade, paint another row of trees on top of the first one. This row is darker, and should crowd out the previous one. Start drawing them just below the tops of light fir trees, and finish closer to the lower end of the sheet.

Step 3: Dark Layer

Using the darkest of the shades, draw the next, third line of trees above the previous two, starting a little lower than the second. This row is much darker and will stand out a lot. Draw them to the very bottom of the sheet.

Several of these patterns harmonize perfectly. So you can draw a couple more, put them in a frame, and put them together on a shelf. Now you can enjoy the mesmerizing view of the winter forest at home!

Winter is one of the most inspiring times of the year.

Your child loves to draw but has unfortunately run out of ideas? No problem.

We offer all kinds of options for winter drawings for children, we will share the best techniques for translating them into reality.

This creative process captures not only children, but also adults and will forever remain in the memory of a pleasant memory!

Winter theme - a field for a flight of fancy. You can draw a house in the snow, various fantasies about this (snowman, snow queen, Santa Claus), children's fun, snowdrifts, animals associated with this season, landscapes (day and night), a river or lake with ice on the surface.

There are many materials for this business: pencils, paints, felt-tip pens, helium pens, cotton wool, glue, sparkles.

House in the snow

We present variations of children's drawings on the theme "Winter" with colored pencils and paints. One of them:

To begin, draw three large snowdrifts, one after the other. Draw Christmas trees on them. To do this, draw one stick with a brown pencil. Branches will emanate from it. Draw needles on them in green. Draw snow with a white pencil. A house will hide behind the snowdrifts. Draw a square and a triangle on top of it. This is a wall with a roof. Place a small square on the wall and a rectangle next to it: a window with a door. Sprinkle the roof with snow in white or blue. Ready.

It is better to do the drawing with hatching, and not paint over all the empty spaces.

Draw winter with paints:

Here is the first snow, and a house in winter. But painting is hard work. To get started, mark up with a simple pencil (take the work plan from the first option). Then just paint with gouache. Mark the snow flakes in blue.

Winter landscape

Zimushka-winter:

Divide a sheet of paper in half. Place two Christmas trees on the top line, followed by light green birch trees. Distribute as many trees on the sides as you see fit. There should be snowdrifts in the center. To do this, leave a couple of lines of purple-pink, blend blue somewhere.

winter tree:

We'll have to divide the horizon again. Only now on one-third and two-thirds of the sheet. In the upper right corner we draw the sun. On the horizon line - Christmas trees. We will make them blurry, do not draw the outline and details. With a thin brush on the lower part we draw two semicircles. These are snowdrifts. On them, with the same thin brush, we draw two birch trees without foliage.

Desired fairy tale

When we hear the phrase "winter's tale", Most people think of a snowman, a snow maiden, talking little animals.

Therefore, we offer in the background, and in the front, a smiling snowman and his mouse girlfriend:

To do this, draw three circles. The bottom is the largest, the middle is smaller, and the head is the smallest. She wears a red cap and a multicolored scarf around her neck. On the side are two handles-twigs, on them are warm mittens. In the hand of a New Year's gift.

Fairytale winter house:

Nothing new. We combine elements from early works: here is a house, and Christmas trees, and a snowman. This option is also suitable for children in grades 2 and 3.

fun

The favorite pastime of the kids is, of course, ice skating. Pictures on the theme "Winter fun":

We draw the upper part of the little man the way you always used to do it. Spread your legs a little wider than usual. The second boy can depict how he pushes off the ice. Ice is supposed to be pale blue, otherwise color as desired.

Naughty guys love hockey:

We divide the horizon into two parts. The top one is for the sky, trees and gates, the bottom one is for fun activities. How to make a gate: in a gray square, the strokes go obliquely first from the lower left to the upper right, then from the lower right to the upper left. Put one child on a hill, let the other watch a beautiful picture. Give two children clubs in their hands, throw a black oval puck between them.

We remind you that it is difficult for children to work with paints, because they blur on the sheet. The base should be done with a pencil, and blurry spots should be attached to it, symbolizing hair, clothes, inventory.

fantasies

Children fantasize and dream most often about gifts, the new year and Santa Claus. We suggest you draw winter fantasies using sketches like this:

First, draw an oval, in its center a smaller oval. We divide the large figure into two parts. From above we draw a semi-oval (and on top of it a semicircle), from below a semicircle. We got a hat without a pom-pom. Hurry up and finish it. In the very first oval there will be eyes, furry eyebrows, a nose and a mouth. From the mouth, draw another half of the circle. Starting from the hat, erase the borders, drawing in detail the beard. We paint over.

Another option:

Draw a circle with a smile in the center. This is the nose of Santa Claus. A luxurious mustache should depart from the nose. Then draw frills on the cap and a lush beard in waves. Draw the cap and torso, eyes, eyebrows, gifts behind the back. All that's left to do is paint. Forward! A 4th grade student can do this.

Depicting nature from the earth to the sky

You can draw winter nature in different ways.

Animals

Who, if not a bunny, stays awake all winter. What is not a symbol of this time of year:

The steps are extremely simple: draw an oval, a slightly elongated circle not far from it. Add the contours of the tail and paws. We connect the head with the body, attach long ears to the head. Add strokes to make the wool effect.

Drawing animals with paints is not as difficult as it seems. Penguins live in the ice all year round. They deserve to be on your winter drawing:

How to draw animals: in the upper half, paint an excellent beautiful northern lights. Most of the sheet is occupied by snowdrifts and ice floes. Three penguins walk merrily on them. We make a black oval, tapering a little at the very beginning. Next to him on the sides are flippers. We dip the brush in orange paint, gently apply downwards. These are webbed feet. We make eyes and abdomens in white.

Forest

Forest - trees and animals collected in one place. As in the picture you can depict a winter forest:

How to draw a winter picture with a mountain ash: we draw a trunk of medium thickness, short branches depart from it. At their ends we place small red circles in two rows. The first row is longer. Next to the mountain ash we draw a red semicircle, two sticks depart from it. From these sticks there are three more: two obliquely, one in the center. Add a black head, beak, wings. We place in the picture a couple of Christmas trees and other animals of your choice. Do not forget to use white and blue pencils to create the effect of snow.

Another variant:

First you need to draw spruce. We dip the brush in green paint, then print evenly on both sides of the sheet. It turns out symmetrical needles. We mark the base of the trunk with brown paint. The rest of it was closed by branches. After that, paint over the bottom and top with white, leaving room for the moon. We are waiting for the white paint to dry, then we apply pink next to the yellow circle and blue around the edges.

Night

Fairy night forest:

Even if you work in a minimalist style, there is a chance to achieve the desired recognition. Print the Christmas tree in green as in the paragraph above. On top of this layer, apply almost the same, but white, leaving room for the previous one. It turns out a Christmas tree, which is covered with snow. We add blue paint to the sky, draw stars and snowflakes on it with a thin brush.

river

Hand-drawn picture with a river:

This drawing is also done with hatching. Christmas trees are made with blue strokes obliquely with an inclination to the right. The sky is purple and blue. Let's add yellow-purple clouds. The river is blue-yellow with a horizontal stroke.

Doing crafts: pleasant gatherings

Winter illustration:

For such a simple craft, we need a sheet of cardboard, glue, colored and plain paper, gouache. Cut out a branch from brown paper. We draw snow on it with white gouache. We dip the palm in red paint and print it horizontally to the sheet. It remains to add eyes, beak and legs. Cut out small snowflakes, glue.

Another simple craft:

Materials at hand: cardboard, colored, cotton wool, cotton pads. Glue the disks on top of each other to make a snowman. We cut out all the necessary details for its decor from paper. We glue brown tree trunks and a broom onto the sheet. Further we deal only with cotton wool. Tear off small pieces, fluff them up. It will be snowdrifts. Then roll into large balls - this is the crown of trees. Smaller balls - Christmas tree. The smallest lumps are falling snow.

Works worthy of the competition

We have selected examples of drawings about winter, with which your child will be able to win the competition. The execution techniques have been presented above.

For those over ten

Ten-year-olds are old enough to perform more complex winter drawing techniques. They are already able to work out small details, handle paints so as not to go over the edges.

How to draw pictures on the theme "Winter" for children 10 years and older:

Beauty - do not take your eyes off

Finally, we would like to show you beautiful painted, talented children's portraits of winter:

We wish you success in all your creative endeavors! Let winter be remembered with a wonderful pattern.

The most fabulous time of the year, when children can carelessly walk on crisp snow, sled and skate, is winter. At all times, artists depicted her without fail with snow-covered edges, a blizzard and forest dwellers. If your child does not know yet, tell him, because it is not at all difficult.

If you still have little idea how to draw a children's drawing on the theme "Winter", then try to dream up with your child. Better yet, go for a winter walk in the snowy forest. After the baby gains impressions, the drawing will turn out as it should.

How to draw winter in stages with a pencil for children: a master class for beginners

You can draw winter in stages with both paints: gouache, watercolor, and felt-tip pens. But it is still better for an inexperienced artist to start with a pencil.

So, for a winter masterpiece, we need the following set:

  1. Having turned the sheet vertically, first, with light movements of a simple pencil, you should make the appearance of the relief - snowdrifts in the distance. Approximately in the middle of the resulting "clearing" we draw a projection of a mighty oak, certainly with a hollow. Even someone who has never drawn a realistic tree can do it without much difficulty.
  2. Now it's time to draw the snowman. This should also be done in stages, at first depicting only schematically. As expected, the bottom circle will be the largest, then the middle one, and after the smallest one. Extra lines are easily erased with an eraser.
  3. Now we add details to the snowman - a bucket on his head, a carrot nose, a mouth and buttons from coals, and arms from twigs. Do not forget to draw peeking boots in the form of small ovals.
  4. What is a winter forest without birds - bullfinches and titmouse? You can draw any, because they are similar in shape, only the color differs. We draw one bird on a tree next to the feeder, in which two others are already having lunch.
  5. Oak is oak, but the winter picture will lack something if you do not add a beautiful green Christmas tree to it. Let us first depict it schematically in the form of a triangle divided in half.
  6. Now the task becomes more complicated and the adult may have to help the child a little. From a schematic triangle, it's time to make a Christmas tree, drawing on it starting from the top of the branch. At the very top, you can seat another bird.
  7. In the background, under the lower branches of the oak, arrange a composition of low trees.
  8. Gently erase the Christmas tree with an eraser, leaving only the invisible outlines of the branches. This is necessary so that subsequently the snow on the branches looks more realistic.
  9. Now we take dark green and light green pencils and paint the Christmas tree, combining these two colors for more naturalism. Do not forget to carefully draw the needles. Paint the snow blue.
  10. Using blue and blue pencils, we color the snowdrifts. And with the help of brown, we select the outline of a large tree. Do not forget about letting it be tits and bullfinches.
  11. The background, consisting of snow-covered trees, paint in blue-green colors. And using several shades of brown, add color to the tree. Do not forget to “strew” the oak branches with snow.
  12. To indicate the structure of the bark, draw darker lines on the trunk with a brown pencil.
  13. With the help of blue, lilac and purple pencil add depth to the snowdrifts and color the sky.
  14. That's all - the picture with the winter landscape is ready. Everything is very simple and pretty fast to draw, try it yourself!

Enchantress Winter
Bewitched, the forest stands -
And under the snowy fringe,
Motionless, dumb
He shines with a wonderful life.
And he stands, bewitched, -
Not dead and not alive -
Magically enchanted by sleep
All entangled, all bound
Light chain down...
Is the sun in winter
On him his ray oblique -
Nothing trembles in it
He will flare up and shine
Dazzling beauty.

Progress
1. We cover the landscape sheet with gouache. The layer of paint should be dense, even. Then we take an additional sheet of paper, crumple, form a lump. While the paint has not dried out, we apply a lump of paper to the sheet, leaving traces and giving the surface of the sheet a kind of relief and texture.

2. We work through the entire surface of the sheet by imprinting a lump of crumpled paper.

3. We outline the snow with white gouache at the bottom of the sheet.

4. We outline tree trunks.

5. We draw branches and branches on trees.

6. Now let's move on to the image of frost on the branches of trees. To do this, we again prepare lumps of crumpled paper, dip them in white gouache and apply them to the drawing, leaving uneven prints.

7. We outline frost on the branches of trees.

8. Add the image of bushes under the trees using printing technique.

9. Add branches on trees, shrubs - scratching their outline with the back of the brush (with the tip of the pen). If necessary, finish the missing details with a thin brush.

The work is ready.
You can also try other options for building a composition of a winter landscape.

Thank you for your attention!
Creative success to you!

An old man rode through the winter forest with a girl wrapped in a fur coat to the very nose, and thought his thoughts were not easy. He thought about how terrible it is to fall into dependence on an unkind person. But where can you go when they built a house together and made another child? His youngest daughter, by the way, was also angry, lazy, naughty - exactly the same as her mother.

How it happened, where his eyes looked - it is not clear, but now he was forced to take his first beautiful daughter to the forest. Well, at least she got a warm fur coat from her late mother, and even a glorious character - light, funny, inoffensive. Busy around the house all day long, won't complain. She takes care of her stepmother and half-sister, yes, you know, she sings songs. And now the wayward ones decided to kick out in the cold, because the presence of such good nature nearby is immensely annoying, burning conscience.

And the girl was sitting on the cart, looking around. She admired the Christmas trees covered with hoarfrost, praised the snowball, reassured her father. Say, it's okay, I'll sit somewhere on a stump for a while, rest at least until the morning, and then you will arrive in time. Do not be afraid, do not argue, do not swear with your stepmother.

The stepmother quietly dreamed that the beauty would perish in the winter forest. The father hoped for a warm coat and a mother's prayer, which, as you know, does not stop even after the grave. But who would have thought that in the winter forest the fate of a resilient girl would work out well? The good girl returned alive and well, and even with gifts - precious stones and chests of a rich dowry. And the sloth and the rude woman, having encroached on such a thing, lost her life ... Yes, yes, we remember, but a fairy tale is a lie. What kind of gifts from the forest, covered with snow?

Morozko. Moscow, 1924, Lithograph of the Narkomzem Publishing House - New Village.

And remember how the resigned stepdaughter got up in the morning, kindled the stove, swept, cooked, served on the table, cleaned the house on time, washed, ironed and hemmed. So few people, of course, could, but that's what it is and a fairy tale. Here the images are purposely given opposite, convex, perfect in their qualities. The native spoiled daughter is completely lazy, fat and red-cheeked, and only glances with her slit-eyes at her half-sister over a stack of buttered pancakes, and the stepdaughter is slender, big-eyed, smiling and always at work. She already knows whether it is necessary to boil pasta before frying it, how much water is needed for a glass of what cereal, how quickly the cuffs of a white blouse get dirty, and how many washes a pack of detergent lasts. Such upbringing is not a gift?

And now it's time to learn new drawing skills!

We will need:

- gouache type paints,
- thick A4 paper,
- two brushes of columns or ponies (but not a squirrel; remember: a squirrel is clogged with gouache),
- palette (plate, lid from any jar),
- non-spill cup
- oilcloth,
– wet wipes to quickly wipe the hands of artists.

Let's learn how to make color stretches from dark to light again. And again, take the blue and white colors. Let's put blue paint on the palette and paint over a narrow strip at the top of the sheet with this pure color, and make the second strip a little lighter by adding a drop of white paint. Repeating this operation, fill the entire sheet. The result was the basis for the winter forest - blue sky and snowy ground.

And if you take light pink instead of white paint, you get a late evening state, which is also very beautiful. Now let's draw the moon, stars and snow falling on the Christmas tree. Frosty! Are you cold, my little artists?

Parental love is remembered primarily as warmth, comfort, measured rocking of the cradle. In other words, care. But, unfortunately, parents are not eternal, and quite quickly a new stage comes when the child, along with care, needs to transfer knowledge. How to hold a spoon, what is supposed to be eaten at lunch, how to greet neighbors, at what temperature water boils, how many degrees is a right angle, and much, much more. Any knowledge is the result of mistakes made before us, and the safety rules are written in blood.

Therefore, there are no restrictions. You can’t eat a lot of sweets, you can’t hit the face of the person holding you in your arms, you can’t stay up and leave garbage behind. Few people like restrictions at first. In fact, it’s good for a good mother! Do you want ice cream, do you want cake! Yes, and a good mother is good. You can also relax while the child is having fun. But will good deceive a person, give him false knowledge about this world?

All parents at some point make an interesting discovery: teaching can be even more difficult than learning. By limiting the child, we always limit ourselves. Forbidding a child to have a second piece of cake, we cannot afford this for ourselves, canceling a trip to visit, we ourselves do not get to a fun holiday. Therefore, there is a strong temptation to let go of the situation and rely on external authorities. But it is unlikely that children will learn the rules of good behavior in a kindergarten, school, municipal house of creativity, or even in the classes of a paid development center, if the boundaries of what is permitted are erased in their own home.

The dialogues of girls with the fabulous Morozko are like conversations with the universe itself - so different, so visual. After all, the world around us is sometimes a semblance of what we have inside, so an unreasonable and demanding person is often disappointed and finds more and more justification for his pessimism, and a good-natured and hardworking person attracts friendship, support, joy.
