Required ingredients:

  • 150 grams of minced meat;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • Vegetable oil, herbs, spices.
  1. Place the frying pan on the stove and heat it up. At the same time, beat the eggs, don’t forget to add salt. Pour the finished mixture into a frying pan and fry the pancake a little on both sides.
  2. Divide the pancake in half, put a thin layer of prepared minced meat on one (to cook faster), and cover it with the other. Fry again in a frying pan on both sides.
  3. Place the dish on a plate and cut into small pieces. But before that, check whether the meat is fully cooked. If not, then put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes.

Brizol with cheese

To prepare this dish we will need:

  • 500 grams of minced pork or beef;
  • 5 eggs (one for minced meat, the rest will go into the omelet);
  • 120 milliliters of vegetable oil;
  • 140 grams of cheese;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Salt pepper;
  • Greens for garnishing the dish.

Preparation:

  1. Salt and pepper the minced meat, add the egg and mix thoroughly. The remaining eggs must be beaten in a deep bowl and salt added there.
  2. Divide the meat mass into 10 equal parts, roll each of them into a thin flat cake. Its diameter should not exceed the diameter of your frying pan.
  3. After you have rolled out all the prepared meat, you can prepare the filling. Place grated cheese, chopped garlic, and chopped herbs into a bowl. Season all this with mayonnaise and mix.

Brizol with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 eggs;
  • 150 g of mushrooms (preferably champignons);
  • 300 g minced meat;
  • Half a liter of milk;
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream;
  • Greenery;
  • Spices and salt.

Step by step cooking:

  1. Beat the eggs, add milk and salt to them.
  2. Pour this egg mixture into a heated frying pan in a thin layer. We carefully make sure that our flatbreads do not burn or burst.
  3. Add a little water, salt and pepper to the meat. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin layer of minced meat onto the already prepared egg pancakes.

If you don’t have time to prepare the brizol filling, use ready-made Korean salads. All of them go well with both meat and eggs, regardless of additives.


For cooking brizol with chicken and mushrooms you will need:

Chicken fillet,
-200-300 grams of mushrooms (I have champignons),
- a small onion,
-3 eggs (for 3 servings),
-6 spoons of milk,
-salt, spices, herbs,
-dill,
-2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
-2 cloves of garlic,
-150-200 grams of cheese.

1. Wash the chicken fillet and grind it into mince.

2. Fry the onion in a frying pan.
