  3. Grate the cheese and also add to the puree, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  5. Save the mushrooms. Add chopped onion and carrots, grated on a fine grater.
  6. Place 20 g of butter in a frying pan, add salt and pepper. Add minced meat and fry for 7-10 minutes.
  7. Grease the mold with a piece of butter. Add some of the puree. Then meat and mushroom filling. And cover with the remaining puree. Level it well. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  8. Place in the oven at 200 degrees. Baking time is 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Potato casserole with minced meat and mushrooms in the oven is ready. To easily remove the portion from the mold, let it cool slightly.

You will need:

  • potatoes - 500 g;
  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • mushrooms - 200 g;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • egg - 4 pieces;
  • flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • vegetable oil - for lubrication;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation

It is preferable to take minced chicken or pork. Potatoes can be cut into slices or grated on a coarse grater.

  1. Fry the minced meat with onions in vegetable oil. Salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the mushrooms separately. Add mushroom seasoning. If it is not there, then salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the sauce for pouring: mix eggs with mayonnaise and sour cream. Add a little salt and flour. Mix well.
  4. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Boil them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Place in a colander to drain all excess liquid.
  5. Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker with oil and lay out a third of the potatoes. Carefully place the minced meat on it. Then another part of the potatoes. Sprinkle the mushrooms in an even layer. Place the remaining potatoes and pour over the sauce. Shake the bowl slightly to distribute the filling.
  6. Turn on the “Bake” mode and cook for 40 minutes. Once cooled, remove using a steamer basket.

The highlight of this casserole with mushrooms, potatoes and minced meat is the processed cheese that is added to the puree. It changes the taste significantly, and the potato bed becomes “creamy.” In addition, processed cheese and mushrooms go well together. Greens complement the taste perfectly. A choice of dill, parsley, arugula, watercress or basil is added to the meat casserole with mushrooms.

You will need:

  • potatoes - 700 g;
  • minced pork and beef - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms) - 400 g;
  • processed cheese - 2 pieces;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • milk - 1.5 cups;
  • chopped greens (dry or fresh) - 3 tablespoons;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Preparation

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes into a puree. Add a piece of butter (30 g) to it and pour in milk (half a glass). Add some salt.
  2. Processed cheese can be mashed with a fork, turned into cream in a blender, or grated. Mix it with potatoes until smooth.
  3. Finely chop the onion and fry with minced meat until cooked.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces. Fry in butter.
  5. Prepare the sauce: beat the eggs, whisk with milk. Add a pinch of salt and spices.
  6. Grease a wide baking dish with butter. Place a third of the potatoes. Distribute the minced meat with onions. Flatten some more potatoes. Sprinkle the mushrooms evenly and cover with the remaining potatoes.
  7. Fill with chopped herbs and pour over egg and milk sauce. If desired, you can grate hard cheese.
  8. Place in a preheated oven. Cook at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • carrots - 2 medium;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • minced meat - 400 g;
  • mushrooms - 300 g;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • milk - half a glass;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Preparation

  1. Grind one carrot and fry with minced meat until fully cooked. Add meat seasoning and salt. You can also use natural herbs for meat: rosemary, cumin, dried dill or basil, etc.
  2. Fry mushrooms with finely chopped onion. If the mushrooms are frozen, first boil them and then fry them.
  3. Boil the potatoes with the remaining carrots. Grind the vegetables into a puree. Add half the beaten egg and milk. Add some salt. Carrots give the puree a soft orange color and a sweetish taste. Therefore, potato casserole with meat and mushrooms turns out to be unusual in appearance and taste.

Today I want to offer a very tasty dish - potato casserole with minced meat and mushrooms. This is my husband’s favorite potato casserole – it turns out juicy and very flavorful. Thanks to a considerable number of ingredients, the casserole is quite filling and perfect for the dinner table. You can use any minced meat, this time I used regular pork, but for a lighter option you can use minced chicken or turkey.

To prepare a casserole with potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms, immediately prepare all the products according to the list.

Wash the oyster mushroom, lightly squeeze out excess moisture and cut into cubes; you can also take any other mushrooms. Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add onions and oyster mushrooms, fry for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Separately, fry the minced meat, breaking it up with a spatula. In one bowl, mix minced meat and mushrooms with onions.

Rinse and finely chop one tomato, add it to the minced meat with mushrooms. Also chop 5-6 sprigs of fresh parsley, add the greens to the tomatoes and other ingredients.

Add salt, pepper, dry garlic, or fresh garlic pressed. Mix the ingredients.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, also preheat the oven and set 170-180 degrees. Peel the new potatoes, rinse and grate into thin slices. Place the potatoes in the mold as the first layer, add a little salt and pepper.
