And the other day I came across the same bag and decided to still see its presence! Honestly, it was interesting to learn about the life of a car in its first kilometers of operation. And in the instruction manual I came across a description of the on-board computer that was installed on the car in my configuration. I think when buying a used car, not everyone gets this documentation, and sometimes questions arise, but how to set up an on-board vehicle? You can use the "poke" method or google the Internet. There are also many varieties of on-board computers, both those that were installed from the factory and those that you can additionally install yourself. Therefore, I decided to throw off the instructions, maybe this information will help someone with the same on-board computer.

A trip computer (MK) is installed in a variant version instead of a clock. MK has 15 functions divided into 3 groups. Group selection
carried out with buttons 1, 2 and 3.

In each group, the functions are divided into basic and additional. The main functions are cycled through the ring with buttons 1, 2 and 3. Additional functions are cycled through with button 5. When the ignition is off, the computer is always in the "Current time" mode.
When the battery is removed, the clock and all accumulated parameters are stored for at least 1 month.
ADJUSTING THE COMPUTER FUNCTION
Clock correction

The display will show a flashing "0".
Press and hold button 3 for 1 s until the sound signal confirmation. After that, the flashing number "3" will appear on the indicator.
Pour 3 liters of gasoline into the gas tank using a measuring container, wait for the time necessary for the fuel level sensor to calm down, press and hold button 3 for 1 s until a confirmation sound appears.
Continue this procedure up to the maximum value of 39 liters, after which the computer automatically exits the mode.

Its installation takes place in several main stages:

  • Remove the terminal coming from the battery.
  • Find the block for turning on the alarm (see) and get it. It is to it that the on-board computer will be connected.
  • Remove the orange wire from the seventh contact.
  • In its place, fix the red and white wiring pulled out of the on-board computer harness.
  • ​ Disconnect the orange wire and install it in the connector from which the wire was previously removed.
  • Disconnect the red wire with black stripes from the tenth contact. Install the red wire from the harness here. And in place of red, connect red-black. That is, the wires need to be swapped.
  • Disconnect the black wire from the fifth contact. Connect the black wire from the harness to it.
  • Connect the black wire of the block here.
  • Remove the white wire from the eighth pin and connect the white wire from the harness to this connector. And vice versa.

Note: there must be contact between the wires.

  • Now you should check if the wires are well fixed. The place of their twisting should be isolated with insulating tape.
  • Through the inside of the console, the harness must be pulled to the installation site of the on-board computer.
  • Connect it to the sensor that regulates the fuel level in the car.
  • ​ Remove the instrument panel, gaining access to the gray block.
  • Disconnect the fuse box.

Note: it is mounted to the left of the driver.

  • From the gray block, you need to pull out the pink wire, which gives a signal to the fuel sensor. You need to connect a pink bundled wire to it.
