General position:

The International Theater Festival named after Viktor Sergeevich Rozov is an annual creative event held in the city of Kostroma, designed in the format of a forum to unite theater workers from all over the world, to acquaint the inhabitants of the Kostroma region with the creative achievements of outstanding stage masters, to serve to promote and disseminate the values ​​of artistic creativity, to provide conditions for the exchange creative experience and the transfer of artistic skills of the creative youth of the region, to promote the strengthening of interregional and international cultural ties, to promote the development of theatrical art and theatrical business. The festival is non-competitive, its program is formed in such a way as to most fully present the current state of modern theater within the framework of a predetermined theme to the public and the theatrical community. The festival is also intended to create conditions for professional discussion of the most significant aspects of theatrical art and theatrical business. Within the framework of the festival, master classes, creative meetings, scientific and practical conferences, seminars, round tables and other events can be held. The participants of the festival are domestic and foreign theater groups, directors, actors, playwrights, artists, teachers, theater experts, critics, producers.

Festival goals:

To contribute to the preservation of the historical memory of the outstanding Russian playwright Viktor Sergeevich Rozov and the actualization of interest in his work;

To promote the preservation of traditions and the development of theatrical art;

Promote the values ​​of artistic creativity, promote the growth of the prestige of creative professions and enhance interest in creative activity among the youth of the region;

Contribute to the expansion of the cultural offer in the Kostroma region;

To promote the development of international and interregional cooperation in the field of theatrical art;

Promote the achievements of the national theater in the international cultural space;

Contribute to the formation of a favorable image of the city of Kostroma among the population.

Festival objectives:

To acquaint the residents of the city of Kostroma with the creative achievements of domestic and foreign theater groups at a high quality and artistic level;

Contribute to the improvement of professional training of students of creative educational institutions of the region;

Provide increased attention of the population and the media to the festival events;

Contribute to the growth of theatrical audience in the region;

To promote the exchange of professional experience and the transfer of artistic skills by the Festival Participants.

Organizational structure of the festival:

All possible assistance in the implementation and promotion of the festival is provided by the president of the festival - a Soviet and Russian director, playwright, theater teacher. The son of the famous Soviet playwright Viktor Sergeevich Rozov, Sergei Viktorovich Rozov.

The activities of the organizing committee of the festival are managed by the chairman of the organizing committee of the festival - Deputy of the Kostroma Regional Duma, member of the Committee on Education, Culture and Archives of the Kostroma Regional Duma, co-founder of the non-profit organization "Regional Theater Association", Ilya Albertovich Yakhontov.

The overall coordination of the festival is carried out by the art director of the festival - a member of the Guild of Theater Directors of the Russian Federation, a member of the board of the Kostroma regional branch of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation, co-founder of the non-profit organization "Regional Theater Association", Stanislav Borisovich Golodnitsky.

The formation and distribution of the budget of the festival is carried out by the executive director of the festival - the executive director of the non-profit organization "Regional Theater Association", Nikolai Viktorovich Viktorenko.

A festival partner is a legal or natural person, a public authority, a public organization or association, a diplomatic mission, a sponsor, a Russian or international charitable foundation or an organization providing direct financial and / or organizational support to the festival or its participants. In cases established by law, the relationship between the executive director of the festival and the partner is formalized by an appropriate agreement.

Partners have the right to propose to the chairman of the organizing committee of the festival candidates for the organizing committee of the festival. The organizing committee may include prominent public figures, masters of art, heads of cultural management bodies, creative teams, cultural and art organizations.

The organizing committee approves the composition of festival events proposed by the president and art director of the festival, the final program of the festival. Each member of the organizing council controls the holding of festival events in the direction corresponding to his specialization, assesses the quality of the organizational and artistic level of the events held, makes public statements, participates in press conferences and PR actions.

The President and the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Festival open and close the Festival, present memorable gifts to the participants, sum up the overall results of the Festival, participate in press conferences and PR campaigns. The President and the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the festival are required to participate in all events of the festival program during all days of the festival.

Festival funding:

The formation and distribution of the festival's budget is the exclusive competence of the festival's executive director. The festival has multi-channel funding. Sources of funds can be funds received in the form of subsidies and subventions from budgets of any level, funds received from federal and regional targeted programs, national and international charitable programs and foundations, sponsorship, private contributions, income from ticket sales, souvenirs and related products , as well as funds from other sources not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Direct support of festival participants by third parties is recognized as support for the festival. The Executive Director has the right to receive from such participants copies of the relevant financial documents for submission to the Partners.

Festival regulations (for theatrical groups):

1. The art director sends invitations to potential festival participants on behalf of the festival president. The following information is attached to the invitation:

Regulations on the festival;

Draft program of the festival;

Application template.

2. Participants within 30 days from the date of receipt of the invitation send a response to the art director of the festival about their consent or disagreement to take part in the festival.

In case of consent, the following information must be attached to the answer:

The quantitative composition of the team members, indicating the number of men and women;

The technical rider of the performance: the dimensions of the rigid scenery, the requirements for the stage, sound and lighting equipment of the site, the requirements for the method of transportation of the scenery, props and costumes, the requirements for assembling the performance, the number and composition of the necessary technical personnel, technical photographs of the performance;

Information about the minimum amount of time for which the performance can be mounted, as well as the rehearsal time required to prepare for the performance;

Household rider of the performance: wishes for organizing the travel of the team, wishes for accommodation in a hotel, the number and equipment of dressing rooms, the availability of support staff (dressers, make-up artists, etc.);

Other requirements at the discretion of the participant, requiring operational additional approval.

3. Within 10 days from the date of receipt of the participant's consent, the art director sends him a confirmation of participation in the festival on behalf of the president of the festival or a refusal with a mandatory indication of the reason.

4. Together with the confirmation of participation, the executive director of the festival sends the participant an offer - a draft agreement for participation in the festival, or a draft agreement of intent to conclude an agreement for participation in the festival with specific conditions for participation. If the participant agrees with the offer, the participant sends by fax the contract signed on his part, the executive director of the festival also sends a copy of the contract signed by him by fax. The exchange of originals and closing documents can be carried out by mail, or directly on the site during the days of the festival.

5. Not later than 40 days before the start of the festival, the participant sends text information about the performance and photographs (with the name of the author) to the art director of the festival for placement in the festival booklet and festival posters.

6. If a participant expresses a desire to take part in the festival on his own initiative, he sends an application for participation with attachments to the art director of the festival in accordance with clause 2, ch. Festival regulations.

7. The Executive Director provides equal conditions for participation in the festival for all participants, except for those participants who have expressed a desire to take part in the festival on their own initiative. With such participants, the terms of participation are agreed on an individual basis.

8. The terms of participation mean the obligation of the executive director to:

Provide accommodation and meals for members of the teams, while paying for accommodation and meals for three days of the festival.

9. The executive director is not obliged to provide payment for participation in the festival (payment of fees) to the participant. This condition is the subject of individual negotiations between the Executive Director of the festival and the participant and is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except for the partners of the festival.

10. A single participation format is established for all Participants:

Day of arrival, settlement, participation in the festival events;

A day of editing, rehearsals and performances;

Departure day.

At the request of the participant, the period of stay at the festival can be extended by more than one day, however, in this case, payment for accommodation and meals on days exceeding the established limit is carried out at the participant's own expense.

11. At the end of the performance, all theatrical groups receive memorable souvenirs and diplomas of the festival participants from the hands of the president and the chairman of the organizing committee of the festival.

Final position:

The rules for the participation of individual Participants (moderators of seminars, master classes, etc.) are determined by a separate agreement with the Executive Director.

The festival is held in February 2018 in the city of Kostroma on the stages of the State Philharmonic Society of the Kostroma Region and the Kostroma Chamber Drama Theater under the direction of B.I. Golodnitsky.

1. Approve the Regulations on the regional theater festival "Mirror of the Stage" (hereinafter - the Festival) in accordance with Appendix No. 1.

2. Approve the composition of the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the Festival in accordance with Appendix No. 2.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Regulations on the regional theater festival "Mirror of the Stage" (hereinafter - the Regulations) determine the procedure and conditions for holding the annual regional theater festival "Mirror of the Stage" (hereinafter - the Festival) based on the results of the past theatrical season.

1.2. Aims and objectives of the Festival.

1.2.1. Festival Goals:

The development of theatrical art in the Ryazan region;

Support for theatrical figures of the Ryazan region in the process of creative development;

Attracting young people to the development and maintenance of the theatrical art of the region.

1.2.2. Festival objectives:

Identification of the best creative works in various types and genres of theatrical art of the Ryazan region;

Increasing the creative level of performances;

Expansion of the audience of public cultural institutions of the Ryazan region, carrying out professional activities in the field of theatrical art (hereinafter - the Regional Theatres).

2. Organization and holding of the Festival

2.1. The preparation and holding of the Festival is provided by the Organizing Committee of the Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee).

2.1.1. The Organizing Committee consists of the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, two Vice-Chairmen of the Organizing Committee, the Secretary and members of the Organizing Committee.

2.1.2. The Organizing Committee independently determines the procedure for organizing its work in accordance with these Regulations.

2.2. The Organizing Committee performs the following functions:

Organizes and conducts the Festival;

Determines the place and dates of the Festival, including the solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Laureate);

2.3. The announcement of the place and dates of the Festival is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan Region in the information and telecommunication network Internet kkt.ryazangov.ru (hereinafter referred to as the official website of the Ministry) no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the Festival.

Information about the place and time of the award ceremony of the Laureates is posted on the official website of the Ministry no later than 5 calendar days before the date of the ceremony.

2.4. Within the framework of the Festival, the following nominations are established:

2.4.1. Professional nominations of the Festival:

- "The best work of the director";

- "Best work of art director";

- "Best work of choreographer/choreographer";

- "The best work of the costume designer";

- "The best work of a lighting designer";

- "Best musical arrangement" / "Best work of the composer";

- "Best female role";

- "Best male role";

- "Best Supporting Role";

- "Best role in a play for a children's or teenage audience";

- "Best Young Actor" / "Best Young Actress";

- "The best performance of the big form";

- "The best performance of a small form";

- "The best performance for children."

2.4.2. Special nominations of the Festival:

- "For an outstanding contribution to the development of theatrical art";

- "Jury Award";

- "Prize of theatrical journalists and critics";

- "For support of the theatrical art of the Ryazan region".

2.5. The jury, consisting of at least 4 people, is annually formed from among the leading figures of theatrical art in Russia (actors, directors, artists, choreographers, etc.) and professional theater critics (theatre critics, musicologists, art historians).

The Jury cannot include members of the Organizing Committee, representatives of the Regional Theaters participating in the Festival.

The deadline for the formation of the jury is no later than 10 days before the start of the Festival.

2.5.1. Jury during the Festival:

View performances nominated for participation in the Festival;

Evaluates the performances presented;

Determines the Laureates in each nomination of the Festival, and also has the right not to determine the Laureates in any nomination of the Festival.

2.5.2. Decisions on determining the Laureates in the respective nominations are made at the end of the viewing of the performances of the Festival and their evaluation at a closed meeting of the Jury. The meeting of the Jury is considered competent if it is attended by at least two thirds of the total number of its members. The decisions of the Jury are taken by simple majority voting. In case of equality of votes, the voice of the Chairman of the Jury is decisive.

2.5.3. The decisions of the Jury on determining the Laureates in the respective nominations are documented in the minutes of the Jury meeting. The minutes of the Jury meeting are signed by the Chairman of the Jury.

2.6. Until the end of the solemn ceremony of awarding the Laureates, the members of the Jury and the Organizing Committee are not entitled to disclose information about the decisions made at the meeting of the Jury.

3. Conditions and procedure for participation in the Festival

3.1. Conditions and order of participation in professional nominations.

3.1.1. In professional nominations, performances of Regional theaters are nominated.

The right to nominate performances belongs to:

Ryazan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "The Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation (All-Russian Theater Society)" (hereinafter referred to as the Ryazan Regional Branch of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation).

3.1.2. To nominate a performance for participation in the Festival, the following documents are submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan Region:

Application for participation no more than two performances in the form in accordance with the appendix to these Regulations;

Written consent of the head of the theater where the performance was staged to participate in the Festival (in case the performance is nominated by the Ryazan regional branch of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation);

Playbill and program of the performance;

Publications in the mass media about the performance.

3.2. Conditions and procedure for participation in special nominations of the Festival.

3.2.1. In the special nomination "For outstanding contribution to the development of theatrical art" theatrical figures (directors, actors / artists, production designers, composers) are nominated.

The right to nominate in the special nomination "For an outstanding contribution to the development of theatrical art" belongs to:

Heads of regional theaters;

Ryazan regional branch of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation.

For applicants in the special nomination "For outstanding contribution to the development of theatrical art" the following documents are submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan Region:

Letter of submission with a description and indication of the experience of theatrical activity, activities aimed at preserving, developing and popularizing theatrical art;

Photograph of the competitor in the special nomination (size 10 x 12 cm).

3.2.2. Individuals and organizations of all forms of ownership are nominated in the special nomination "For support of the theatrical art of the Ryazan Region".

The right to nominate for participation in the special nomination "For support of the theatrical art of the Ryazan region" belongs to:

Heads of regional theaters;

To the Board of the Ryazan regional branch of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation.

Applicants in the special nomination "For the support of the theatrical art of the Ryazan region" are sent to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan region with a letter of submission with a description and indication of the forms of support for the applicant in the special nomination.

3.2.3. An applicant in the special nominations "Jury Prize", "Prize of theatrical journalists and critics" is each competitive performance or a member of the theater group that presented the competitive performance.

3.3. Evaluation of works in professional nominations and special nominations "Jury Prize", "Prize of theatrical journalists and critics" is carried out according to the following criteria:

High level of professional skills;

Disclosure of the artistic image;

Creative approach to the interpretation of a dramatic work;

Originality of execution.

3.3.1. In the special nomination "For outstanding contribution to the development of theatrical art" the Laureate is determined according to the following criteria:

Long-term service to the theater;

Contribution to the preservation, development and popularization of theatrical art.

3.3.2. In the special nomination "For support of the theatrical art of the Ryazan region" the Laureate is determined by the criterion for the most active support of the theatrical art of the Ryazan region.

4. The amount of the Festival prizes and sources of funding

4.1. The amount of premiums is indicated taking into account tax deductions provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.1.1. According to the results of the Festival, in each professional nomination, the following are awarded:

- "The best work of the director", 1st prize - 50.0 thousand rubles;

- "Best work of art director", 1 prize - 35.0 thousand rubles;

- "The best work of a choreographer / choreographer", 1st prize - 35.0 thousand rubles;

- "The best work of a costume designer", 1st prize - 35.0 thousand rubles;

- "The best work of a lighting designer", 1st prize - 35.0 thousand rubles;

- "Best musical arrangement" / "Best work of a composer", 1st prize - 35.0 thousand rubles;

- "Best female role", 1st prize - 50.0 thousand rubles;

- "Best male role", 1st prize - 50.0 thousand rubles;

4.1.2. According to the results of the Festival, in each special nomination, the following are awarded:

- "Prize of the Jury", 4 awards of 25.0 thousand rubles each. each.

4.1.3. The winners of all nominations are awarded commemorative signs of the Festival.

4.1.4. Prizes in the professional nominations "Best Large Form Performance", "Best Small Form Performance", "Best Children's Performance" are distributed in equal shares among the participants of the production groups of each performance.

4.1.5. The Prize is paid to the Laureates of the Festival in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan Region, issued no later than the next working day from the date of signing the protocol and on its basis, by transferring funds to the personal account in the credit institution specified in the Laureate's application for the transfer of the Prize, within 30 calendar days after the submission of the application.

The deadline for submitting the Laureate's application is until October 31 of the year of the Festival, inclusive.

4.1.6. Financing of expenses for awarding the Laureates is carried out at the expense of funds provided by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan Region for the implementation of the state program of the Ryazan Region "Development of Culture and Tourism" in the amount of 730 thousand rubles.

To create a space for free creative expression of artists of repertory theaters, as well as artists working individually;

To increase the significance of the actor's art for the theater as a whole by stimulating the development of the artist's creative individuality;

Establish stronger creative ties between theatrical generations.

1.2. This Regulation determines the order:

holding a festival,

Rewarding participants in nominations.

1.3. The founders of the festival are:

Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation

Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk Region,

Chelyabinsk regional branch of STD RF.

1.4. The organizer of the festival is the (Municipal Autonomous Institution) New Art Theatre.

1.5. The festival is held once a year. The specific dates and program of the festival are approved by the founders annually based on the proposals of the organizing committee.

II. The main requirements of the organizing committee for the declared works.

2.1. The festival is a competition of individual, and not independent acting works. The actor chooses the material, forms the concept of the work. To involve or not to involve the director, as well as the workers of the theater workshops, remains the right of the festival participant.

Works staged both by the participants themselves and with the involvement of the director will be considered by the jury on equal terms.

2.2. Professional actors of the Ural Federal District participate in the festival.

2.3. Artists of semi-professional groups have the right to take part in the festival in case of high quality of the declared work.

2.4. The organizing committee independently determines the composition of the participants of the festival-competition.

2.5. Genres and forms of mini-performances may be different, time limit: stage miniature - no more than 30 minutes, performance - no more than 1.5 hours.

III. The order of the festival.

3.1. The festival consists of the following stages:

3.2. In order to coordinate the work of the festival, an organizing committee is being created. The composition of the organizing committee is approved by the founders of the festival. The term of the organizing committee: from the date of announcement to the final of the competition.

3.3. The Organizing Committee is engaged in ensuring the preparation, organization and holding of festival events, solving financial issues, attracting sponsorship funds, covering the festival in the media, and conducting an advertising campaign for the festival.

3.4. For the duration of the festival-competition, a jury is created, whose task is to determine the best performances and creative works. The composition of the jury is formed by the organizing committee of the festival from among the leading theatrical figures and teachers of Russia.

3.5. The festival is held on the terms of publicity and equal opportunities for participants.

3.6. Travel, accommodation and meals for non-resident participants at the expense of the sending party, or the participants themselves.

IV. Procedure for submitting applications for participation in the festival.

4.1. To participate in the competition, the participant submits an application to the organizing committee (application form in Appendix 1)

4.2. Providing a video recording or a preview of the work by the organizing committee is required.

4.3. In the event of circumstances preventing the provision of a video recording, the organizing committee earnestly asks to send an application approved by the artistic council or the head of the cultural institution in which the potential participant of the festival works.

4.4. If the participant is not a full-time employee of a cultural institution, he has the right to apply to the management of a professional theater for a recommendation to work for the festival.

4.5. The competition program of the festival is formed and approved by the organizing committee of the festival.

V. Summing up the results of the festival.

5.1. The results of the festival are summed up in the following nominations:

5.2. The jury has the right to establish a special award (no more than three). In the absence of achievements in a particular nomination, the jury reserves the right not to name the winner. The jury has the right to clarify and, if necessary, change the names of the main nominations.

5.3. The jury of the festival discusses the performances and by a majority of votes from among the jury members present, by open voting, decides on awarding the festival awards.

5.4. The course of the festival and its results are covered in the media.

5.5. The results of the festival are announced at its closing.

5.6. The laureates of the festival are awarded a commemorative diploma and a special prize.

5.7. The founders and organizing committee of the festival reserve the right to present additional incentive prizes to participants.

1. General Provisions.


The regional theater festival of amateur groups of the Tula region "Theatrical Diversity" (hereinafter referred to as the Festival) is held by the TPO VPP "United Russia" on the basis of the GUK TO "Tula Academic Drama Theater". Amateur theatrical groups of the Tula region can take part in the Festival.

2. Aims of the Festival.


Attracting attention to the activities of amateur theaters. Support for talented theater groups in the Tula region.

3. Participants of the Festival.


The participants of the Festival are amateur theatrical groups of the Tula region, who submitted applications to the Organizing Committee before October 25, 2017 at the email address: teatr. *****@***com

4. Dates and procedure for participation in the festival.


The festival is held from 2017 to 2017. The order of participation in the festival:
    The first stage of the festival is application (from October 4 to 2017). Amateur theatrical groups that have expressed a desire to participate in the Festival send applications (Appendix 2) and provide a link to a 15-minute video excerpt from their performances on a free topic to the Organizing Committee of the Festival (the topic field is marked "Theatrical diversity") at the email address: teatr. *****@***com Second stage - qualifying (from October 25 to 2017). The Organizing Committee and the jury of the Festival watch the video performances of the announced teams. The best works selected as a result of the qualifying round are allowed to participate in the gala concert of the Festival. The third stage is the presentation of works (November 27, 2017 at 14.00). The winners of the second stage present their works at the gala concert. Based on the results of the performance at the gala concert, the jury identifies the best teams and determines the winner of the Festival and two diploma winners. The winners of the Festival are awarded valuable gifts and letters of thanks. All participants of the Festival are invited to participate in the gala concert as spectators.
Summing up the results of the competition The composition of the jury is determined by the Organizing Committee of the Festival. The jury includes representatives of the UNITED RUSSIA Party, experts in the field of culture and art. The jury members review the creative materials submitted by the participants and evaluate them according to the following criteria:
    acting performance and completeness of the production; selection of musical material, props; creative nature and originality of the work; director's decision.
The festival is considered to be held if at least 5 works are submitted to the Organizing Committee. In the absence of a sufficient number of competitive works, the Organizers of the Competition reserve the right to extend the deadline for accepting applications for the Competition.
