"White" focuses on trance and house, while "Black" focuses on heavier styles (hardstyle, hardcore techno). The Olympic will host a festival with a white dress code.

The Wild Mint Festival has been held annually since 2008. This time more than 50 artists from 10 countries of the world will perform there: the international electronic project N.O.H.A. (Cologne, Prague, New York), a group from Barcelona Microguagua, performing reggae, a cover band "FRUKTY", known on the air of "Evening Urgant", a favorite of the show "Voice" Pierre Edel. The Children of Picasso group (Armenia-Hungary) will also play their first Russian concert.

Stereoleto is an independent Russian festival. It has been held in St. Petersburg since 2002. Over 12 years, more than 500 artists from 30 countries have performed on its stage, including Massive Attack, Nick Cave, Morcheeba and Ilya Lagutenko. The festival is supported by the Committee for Culture of the Government of St. Petersburg, the Institute of France, the Consulates General of Finland, Sweden and Israel.
Alfa Future People

The Alfa Future people festival was first held in 2014 and immediately became the country's largest open-air electronic music. Deadmau5, Paul van Dyk, Infected Mushroom, Steve Angello, Knife Party, Sander van Doorn, Fedde Le Grand, Borgore, Nero and others will perform on the main stage. In the area of innovative technologies with an area of more than two thousand square meters, Russian premieres of more than 30 modern gadgets and an exhibition of innovative vehicles (including Tesla cars, BMW i8, Zero electric motorcycle) will take place. For lovers of even more active recreation, the organizers will create a zone where you can choose from 15 sports.
"Afisha Picnic"

From Russian artists, the Bravo, Leningrad and singer Zemfira groups will rise to the Kubana stage. Also on the program is the Belarusian band Trubetskoy. Since 2009, Kubana has been held in the Krasnodar Territory. The initiative to move the festival to one of their beaches was made by the authorities of the Kaliningrad region.

1. British Summer Time

Since 2013, in the very center of London, in the royal park of Hyde Park, the British Summer Time festival has been held for two consecutive weekends. One and a half hectares of greenery in the heart of the capital of Foggy Albion, kilowatts of sound and excellent mood are provided to all festival visitors.

The festival has been held at the Donington Park race track near the village of Castle Donington since 2003 and each time it gathers more than 20,000 heavy music lovers. For all guests, the festival is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with the color of central England, walk along the track, where the stages of the Moto GP races take place, and try traditional English cuisine - giblet pies, puddings and fish and chips.
3. Robert Smith's Meltdown

The annual Meltdown Festival is a true celebration of the arts, bringing together music, film, theatre, and art in one place, the largest arts complex in the Southbank Centre. The feature of the event is the choice of the curator of the festival, who forms the list of artists: every year one of the famous musical performers becomes it. Meltdown has been held since 1993 and is preparing to celebrate its quarter-century anniversary under the leadership of Robert Smith, vocalist of the cult band The Cure.
4. Secret Solstice
Place: Reykjavik, Iceland. When: June 21-24. Headliners: Slayer, Bonnie Tyler
The multi-format festival Secret Solstice is unique due to its location: a large-scale open-air takes place near the northernmost capital of the world - Reykjavik. The festival takes place during the white nights - the city is located near the Arctic Circle - all festival guests will be able to experience the unforgettable sensations of "day in the middle of the night." Despite the powerful line-up, the organizers are trying to further diversify the program with performances inside glaciers, volcanoes and - literally - in the ocean.
5. isle of white
Place: Isle of Wight, England. When: June 21-24. Headliners Cast: Depeche Mode, Kasabian, Liam Gallagher, The Killers, Travis, Sheryl Crow.
From 1968 to 1970, the festival on the Isle of Wight off the coast of South East England attracted such a number of fans of the rock movement that the legendary Woodstock was ahead of the number of guests. After a 30-year pause, in 2002, the festival was revived again, and in 2018 it is preparing to present a simply enchanting line-up.
6. Roskilde
Place: Roskilde, Denmark. When: June 24 - July 1. Headliners: Foo Fighters, Arcade Fire, Justice, Blink-182, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Royal Blood.
The Roskilde Music Festival is considered one of the most important events in Danish musical culture and the largest festival in Northern Europe. Today, open-air is also known for its non-commercial orientation - the funds raised at the event are regularly donated to charity.
7. Openʼer
Place: Gdynia, Poland. When: June 28 - July 1. Headliners: Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Prophets of Rage, The Kills.
The Polish Openʼer has established itself as an event with a cool line-up. At the same time, it is democratic in terms of cost compared to other European open-airs, which has already brought fame to the event as an “Eastern European phenomenon”. The festival is held just an hour and a half drive from Kaliningrad, including the time for crossing the border, in a place called Gdynia, touching for Russian ears.
8. Rock Werchter

The oldest music festival has been gathering guests on the first weekend of July in the Belgian village of Verchter, located 30 km from Brussels, since 1976. Guests of the event will be amazed not only by high-quality sound and impressive performances by cult rock stars, but also by a large-scale pyrotechnic show, which traditionally closes the event. And, of course, the beauty of Belgium will not leave you indifferent: meadows, neat houses and rock and roll reigning in this pastoral!
9. Lollapalooza Paris

Lollapalooza Paris is the newest member of the famous festival family, which will be held on a grand scale for the second time in July in the historic site of the French capital - at the Longchamp racecourse, opened in 1857 by Napoleon III. Those who are going to visit the festival will be able to enjoy not only the performances of top-level stars, but also all the delights of the most romantic city in the world: shopping, restaurants and sights literally at every step.
10. Wacken
Place: Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. When: August 2-4. Headliners: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sons Of Apollo, Sepultura, Judas Priest, Mr. Big, Ghost, Helloween, Amorphis.
Since 1990, the small village of Wacken in northern Germany has been considered the center of the global metal industry. In addition to exclusive performances by artists, the festival is traditionally famous for excellent street food and excellent German beer.

2. Moscow Reggae Open Air

The Spring Festival will be the 12th and this event has already been recognized as traditional in the Moscow community of fans of Bob Marley and related music. Traditionally, the festival takes place among the beautiful architecture of the Arkhangelskoye estate, only one year it was different, but in 2016 everything returned to normal. The organizers promise to leave the entrance free, but there is a fee for parking with a tent - in 2016 it was only 200 rubles. If you do not want to spend the night in the forest, then the hotel is located nearby and you can rent a room there, or even return to Moscow in the evening, as it is very close to the city. This legendary festival has a very long history and an impressive list of participants. The fest traces its history back to 1995, when, according to the idea of the organizers, it was supposed to outdo Woodstock and become its Russian counterpart. In 2014 and 2015 it was not held, as in some other years, but in 2016 it tore apart the cultural space again with its triumphant return. There are no restrictions on alcohol, the only thing is that you will not be sold it in glass containers - so all the ingredients for a real rock festival are met.
4. Invasion
The largest domestic rock festival, which gathers thousands of crowds in the Tver region (since 2004, and before that in the Moscow region since 1999), each time presents mainly to the domestic audience the whole color of Russian rock: from mastodons like the Aquarium, Aria, to the relatively newfangled Surganov and an orchestra, Animal Jazz, Billy's Band and others, others. There is also an alternative scene, in recent years proudly named "Our 2.0" where all sorts of small-town and regional rock bands of a lower rank perform.

5. Rock over the Volga
An alternative to "Invasion", and besides, it broke the attendance record thanks to a visit to the legendary Rammstein group - as many as 700 thousand people gathered, which broke all world records. Surprisingly, unlike the "Invasion", the entrance there is absolutely free and the food is at quite reasonable prices. Yes, from domestic amenities, again, do not count on complete comfort and free wi-fi, but you will find a place where you can pitch a tent and not take a mud bath.
