1. Necessary products: flour, milk powder, chicken eggs, mayonnaise (or full-fat sour cream), sugar, soda, vanillin, salt and lingonberries for the filling.

2. Combine eggs with mayonnaise and salt.

4. Mix milk powder and flour. Gently mix dry ingredients from top to bottom. Add dissolved soda.

5. Smooth out the dough onto baking paper in a thin layer.

7. Roll the hot cake into a roll.

9. Unroll the cooled cake, remove the paper and trim the edges. Coat well with filling.

  • slaked soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  • fresh lingonberries - 200 g
  • salt - 1 pinch

Cooking method

Beat eggs with salt and mayonnaise until foam appears. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, continuing to beat, and vanilla. Beat well again.

Mix the powdered milk with the sifted flour and, using gentle movements, from top to bottom, mix until smooth with the liquid mass. Add slaked soda, mix and spread the prepared dough in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Place in an oven preheated to 160-170 degrees and bake for about 7-10 minutes until a beautiful golden color. Immediately roll the freshly baked cake with the paper on which it was baked, while hot, into a roll and let it cool.

To prepare the filling, grind the washed and dried lingonberries with the remaining sugar until smooth. Place the resulting mass onto the crust. Before doing this, you need to unfold it and remove the paper. Roll the crust with the filling again, wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator. Let it soak for 1-2 hours.

Then decorate the baked roll as you like and serve.

  • corn starch - 1 tbsp;
  • a pinch of salt.

  1. In heated milk, dilute the yeast with 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar.

  • a pinch of salt.

  1. Dissolve yeast in heated milk, add two tablespoons of flour and granulated sugar.

Meringue roll with lingonberries

For 4 servings you will need:

  • large apples - 2 pcs.;
  • granulated sugar - 200 g;
  • egg white - 3 pcs.;
  • lingonberries - 150 g.

  • lingonberries - 2 cups;
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp;
