It was originally planned that the concert of Thomas Anders would take place at the Sibur Arena on June 8. However, then the organizer - Rockin Nation Limited Liability Company, based in Ufa - announced the postponement of the date to October 22. Some fans of the Modern Talking legend wished to return the money for the purchased tickets, but they encountered difficulties: in the Sibur Arena, as well as in the intermediary company Kassir.ru, which sold tickets, they were told that they should contact them directly for a refund to the organizer to whom they have already been transferred. And he showed himself very unkind: citizens were given one number mobile phone, to which no one began to answer, and one e-mail.

The order of their further actions in relation to the missing promoter has not yet been determined there. But already they say with confidence: “Through the fault of the organizer, the concert will not take place.”
“The organizer did not fulfill the terms of the contract either with us or with the artist,” Vladislav Chirin, the venue’s press secretary, commented to Fontanka.
These words were confirmed by the manager of Thomas Anders, with whom we contacted.
"Before today we are ready to play in Russia and reject all other offers for concerts on this date, he assured. - A month has passed since we lost contact with our partner in Russia - they do not answer either the phone or the e-mail. But besides this, the company announces several concerts in their native Ufa. There are no new concerts planned by the promoters (other than Thomas Anders) in St. Petersburg.
Fontanka could not find out whether Mr. Kazykhanov attended the concert of Jose Carreras in Moscow, but the fact that he could not bring the artist to St. Petersburg, where his performance was also expected on October 2 (and again at the Sibur Arena) is reliably known . Regarding this concert, one of the participants of the initiative group received a written response from the organizing company Rokin Nation on the letterhead of the company:
