Obtaining accreditation on the MICEX trading platform

The procedure for obtaining accreditation for participation in the MICEX ETP assumes that the candidate must have . You can get it at any Certification Authority that is available to you. The acquisition itself takes place in several stages.

The first stage is the verification of the EDS. Next - registration of the application, sending a standard set of documentation, signing the application using an EDS and sending it for consideration. Using the link received to the e-mail specified during registration, you must confirm your consent to the processing of the received information by the operator. Within five days you will receive a notification about the issuance of accreditation to you or a list of the reasons why you were denied.

The next section is the submission of all necessary registration documents. The first field should be filled in with the maximum amount of the contract that you expect, as well as the maximum amount of the transaction your company has ever concluded. If the registration of the company has already been started, but not completed, and there is no access to the user who started it, MICEX electronic platform provides an opportunity for another user to issue a power of attorney for the right to obtain accreditation and conduct trading on behalf of the registered company.

To do this, in the same "Suppliers" section, you must select the "Registration of a power of attorney" tab and fill out an application indicating all the necessary information about the company. Further, the algorithm is the same as when obtaining accreditation: checking the digital signature and the communication encryption channel, sending the application, filling out the application. After issuing a power of attorney in the "My Account" section, a tab with incomplete accreditation will appear, which can be completed.

The accreditation procedure provided for by the MICEX NEP is practically the same as that which the procurement participant goes through at any other similar ETP. It includes the following steps:

Verification of the EDS provided by the supplier or customer.

Filling out an online application for accreditation.

Sending for verification an application for accreditation, previously signed with an EDS.

Confirmation of the correctness of the e-mail address indicated by the applicant, which is necessary to start the procedure for checking the application and the documents attached to it.

The current legislation provides for a period for consideration of an application received at the ETP, equal to five days. After their expiration, the platform operator sends either a confirmation of accreditation on the trading platform or a reasoned refusal to the supplier's e-mail. In the second case, the applicant can correct the inaccuracies he made and send a re-application.

To fill out an application for accreditation, you need to go to the main page of the MICEX NEP, and then sequentially select the sections "Suppliers", and then - "Accreditation". In the same place, the applicant will be able to find a list of documents that need to be uploaded to the ETP in addition to the application.

Before filling necessary forms it is necessary to check the operability of the existing EDS at this particular site. If the provider receives a message stating that the certification authority that issued it does not have the necessary authority, a new electronic digital signature will be required.
