Parents are often interested in introducing their child to reading. fiction. For advice, they turn to speech therapists and educators. This article contains recommendations for parents, as well as a list of fiction for older children. preschool age according to lexical topics.

An important role in the development of coherent speech of children is played by reading fiction. When reading books, the child is actively enriched lexicon, develops creative imagination, creative thinking.

Reading children express their thoughts more competently and in detail, both orally and in writing.

Parents often ask about how to get kids interested in reading? I want to give some advice to parents who want their children to become active readers.

The child should know that reading is a great pleasure that no toys can compare with. For this, of course, parents themselves need to be friends with books. There is nothing more effective than teaching by example. The child should see daily that parents read books, newspapers, magazines.

Before reading, remove distracting objects from the table, ventilate the room.

Read as much as possible to your child aloud. It is still difficult for a child who has just begun to put syllables into words, it is still difficult to read, the eyes get tired from tension, fatigue provokes boredom, and a boring activity turns away. As a result, a dislike for reading can be fixed for life. When the child listens expressive reading adults and at the same time looks into the book, he surrenders to the will of his imagination.

While reading, explain the meanings of unfamiliar words and answer the questions of the young reader, making it easier for him to understand the text.

Talk about what you read, try to make the book become the subject of discussion, common theme for a conversation. Listen carefully, with interest, to the reasoning and impressions of the child after reading the book.

Invite your child to draw their favorite characters or a picture for the most interesting passage from the book. You can learn your favorite passage and role-play it.

If your child is just taking his first steps into the world of reading, celebrate every word he reads as a victory. Correct reading errors delicately.

Take only suitable books for the first reading: large print, with bright pictures and an interesting plot.

Explain to your child that books should be handled with care. Choose a place (shelf) for storing children's books. Let the child have his own small library. In the future, he will be able to exchange books with friends.

Or maybe I'd better be a machinist - I'll drive the train. And it’s also great to be able to cook deliciously - can I become a cook? Or be a doctor and treat people? It's good to work as a builder and build big ones, beautiful houses. What if a fire breaks out and the house catches fire - firefighters will be needed. So can I become a firefighter to save people and put out the fire?

Move over white daisies, you are disturbing us, - said the blue cornflowers.

And we can’t see the sun because of the red carnations! the pink daisies complained.

No, it's me, the cucumber, the best: I'm so green, long, crispy and delicious!

What are you saying, we, the tomatoes, are the best! Look at us: we are so red, round - well, just a feast for the eyes!

No, I, onion, the best - the best! I have such long, thin, green feathers like none of you!

No matter what you say, you won’t find anyone better than dill in the whole garden! I'm so fragrant and green!

So vegetables argued all day - which of them is the best, no one wanted to give in. And in the evening, my grandmother came to the garden and put in a basket and carrots, and tomatoes, and cucumbers, and onions, and dill, and then made a salad out of them. Grandma and grandpa ate this salad and said: “The salad of our vegetables is the best and most delicious!”
