STEP #2

Now you should draw the entire shape of the face. It is necessary to sketch out the ear, eyebrows, hair and outlines of the eyes.

STEP #3

In this step, we finish drawing the eyes of our boy, and then draw simple nose and mouth.

STEP #4

At this stage, we finish with a hairstyle, as shown in the picture.

STEP #5

The next step is to draw the boy's neck, as well as the torso, which will be hidden in a T-shirt with sleeves and a collar.

STEP #8

On last step you need to draw shoes or feet. Don't forget to add soles for shoes. Now you can erase the lines and shapes that you drew in the first step.

STEP #9

This is what your boy will look like when you are done. Now you can have even more fun when you start coloring it and end up with a finished beautiful picture. We hope you enjoy our step by step lesson boy drawing with pencil.

Master class "How to draw a picture if you can't draw" Very often we, music directors and educators, they have to do it themselves.

I confess to you in secret: before, I did not know how to draw people at all. But just recently I was incredibly lucky - I learned a few secrets of drawing the human body. I share them with you!

Each of us is surrounded by thousands of people. It would seem that we have learned the proportions and features to the millimeter human body. But here's the paradoxdraw a personmuch more difficult thanthe most exotic flowerwhich you have only seen.

Sometimes when you draw someone, you wonder - not a person, but some kind of alien. If you also can’t draw people, as they say, don’t pass by - here you will find a lot of useful and interesting things for yourself.

And the very first thing is this video that will show you how to draw a boy and a girl.

Even ancient artists, when drawing a person, tried to divide his body into equal parts, so that it was easy to correctly recreate the proportions of the figure. After all, knowing the ratio of individual parts of the body with the figure as a whole, you can easily draw a person. At the same time, of course, we must not forget that all people have their own characteristics.

So, drawing a person, as a unit of measurement we take the size of the head.

The height of an adult man or woman is equal to 8 head sizes, the height of a teenager is 7, a student is 6, and an infant is only 4 head sizes.

Proportions of people of different age groups

Before you draw a person, remember a few important nuances:

  • hands should end at the middle of the thigh,
  • elbows are at waist level,
  • knees - strictly in the middle of the legs.

Did you know that the height of a person is equal to the length of the arms spread apart, and four head heights fit in the length of the legs?

But what delighted me even more was the size of the human foot. It turns out that its height is equal to the height of the nose, and the length is equal to the length of the forearm.

See how a man and a woman should be correctly drawn in different positions.

And now I'll show you how to draw people step by step. I assure you, with a master class from Pustunchik it will be easy and simple.

2. Draw another rectangle from below, divide in half. These are legs. Draw rectangle arms. On the upper large rectangle, make roundings from the neck to the arms - these are the shoulders.

3. Erase extra lines on the shoulders. Draw the neck of the jacket, the seam lines (but not completely) where the sleeves are connected to the main part of the jacket. Draw the fly and folds on the pants in the form of a slingshot. Now draw the boots and hands. For a detailed diagram showing how to draw hands, see on the right.

In our time high technology, of course, it is easier to make a portrait of a loved one or a child with a camera. But no matter how skilled the photographer is, a living drawing can convey much more living warmth than a technical picture. Each artist through a drawing expresses his attitude to what or whom he depicts, invests his feelings and emotions. None of the most perfect, but, alas, soulless technology can do this. In this lesson we will try to draw with a pencil a boy who is happy with his new toy car. The kid is happy, and we will depict this moment. It will not be easy for beginners to even approximately draw a boy with a pencil. Let's take a look at the whole picture step by step.

  1. You can use thick matte paper, it is easier to draw small details on it, or you can use a slightly rough one, then the drawing will turn out to be very soft and warm. Will be needed simple pencils different hardness from HB to 7-9B, soft eraser. The first stage is very important. It is necessary to accurately calculate the pose and movement of the boy, while taking into account children's proportions. The height of a child aged 3-7 years is calculated as follows: the distance from his chin to the edge of the hair on his forehead should "fit" in his full height about four times. Children have a larger head than adults, a bulging forehead, a small nose, and puffy cheeks. We draw the head in the shape of an egg, slightly at an angle to the right. We roughly estimate where the child’s shoulders can be located - the right one will be higher than the left one, since it relies on left hand. Accordingly, the right thigh point will also be higher than the left, the baby sits on the left knee. Dots indicate the joints of the joints. You can pre-draw the horizon line at a slight angle.

  2. Another important and crucial stage - we begin to draw the body of the child. Our boy is dressed in a denim overall with buckle straps and a striped sweater. We draw a children's car without small parts. We mentally place the child and the car along the line of the drawn horizon. When you "build" the toy, make its contours parallel to this imaginary horizon. Draw a curved line that almost divides the boy's face in half - his eyes will be located on it (remember that the child's head is large, so the line needs to be moved a little lower). The horizontal arc on the face is shifted to the left - the nose will be drawn on it.

  3. Carefully remove all auxiliary lines, make the contours clearer, and only now we proceed to the details and light tones.
  4. Draw all the shadows with thin hatching, mark the folds of the child’s clothes, how the lines are located on the sweater, how the buckles are attached (they will be at different angles). Denim is dense, so it forms large and large folds. The material of the sweater is softer and thinner, so the folds will be thinner too. A toy dump truck can be drawn more generally, only with contrasts of light and shadow, since main character drawing - a little boy.

  5. We begin to tint the child's clothes. A denim jumpsuit will look much darker than a sweater and the shadows in the folds are dense and thick. We draw the stripes on the sweater in parallel, but not with a “fence”, it is still a woolen fabric, somewhere it lies flat, and somewhere it gathers in an “accordion”. We draw the face of the child more clearly. We make a crease under the eyes, draw a plump chin more expressively and stroke the cheeks a little.

  6. On this enlarged fragment, you can clearly see how the strips of clothing lie unevenly, but they are perceived from afar as parallel lines, our brain itself thinks out the big picture.

  7. We make soft and transparent shadows under the toy and the child. The darkest area is on the left shoulder of the child, it immediately catches the eye of the viewer. Then the person looks at the baby's face, then at the toy, and again returns to looking at the details on the boy's clothes. Starting from the extreme right point, our gaze glides over the invisible "triangle" - the left shoulder, head, toy, and again returns to the figure. So, they did everything right, and it turned out to draw a boy with a pencil. Check that the whole drawing “does not fall apart”, and every single detail is perfectly readable or guessed.

Drawing people is not easy enough, but we hope that with the help of this lesson you will be able to take the first steps in this direction and will improve your skills in the future.

Then, for sure, it will not be difficult for you to draw a boy in stages with colored pencils. As always, you first need to draw with simple auxiliary lines the general proportions of the child: his height, the location of the head and torso. And only then you can approach the drawing of each element in more detail.

Necessary materials:

  • paper;
  • regular pencil;
  • black marker;
  • eraser;
  • ruler;
  • colored pencils in orange, blue, pink and brown.

Drawing steps:

1. Draw a vertical line to begin with. Determine the location of the head, legs. At the very top of the line, draw a circle. This will be the boy's head. From the bottom, draw a semicircle of a slightly larger diameter.

2. We begin to work out the drawing from the head. Let's draw hair all over the top. You can experiment and come up with any hairstyle for him. We also outline two horizontal lines on the face and draw two semicircles in the middle.

3. Now let's finish the hair on the front of the face. On the sides of the head we add ears, and on the face - all the missing features. They should be small and neat, because we are drawing a boy.

4. Move on to the torso and start drawing the arms and t-shirt.

5. We detail and already from simple outlined lines we get ready-made elaborate elements in the drawing.

6. We draw small shorts.

7. Draw legs and sports shoes from the shorts.

8. Each element in the figure is circled with a marker. It must be black. If you do not have one, then use a felt-tip pen of the same color.

9. Let's start coloring step by step drawing boy from the very top to the very bottom. Color the child's hair with a brown pencil.

10. Now let's move on to the face, arms and legs, where the skin is visible. To give more natural look- use a pink pencil and brown.

11. Finally, decorate clothes and shoes. The boy's T-shirt will be orange, but the shorts and sports sneakers will be light blue.

12. On this we got a wonderful step by step drawing. Many small details can be added to such an image.
