Anna, tell us why you still design clothes, because you have an economic education, great experience work in a dance team (Anna received a higher economic education and studied at dance school street jazz ed.) and four years in the "Brilliant"?
Anna: I have always envied people who know from the fifth grade that they will be doctors, for example. It didn’t work out that way for me - I was in search for a very long time and now I finally found myself and feel at ease.
All four years that I sang in "Brilliant", I nurtured my idea in my head, which was born along with the birth of my child. Now the main thing for me is that I am independent, I am my own mistress. I gathered my team - a small close-knit team that helps to translate my ideas into reality. And in the spring I presented my first collection.

Did you have a nickname as a child?
“I'm trying to remember… no, it wasn't.
Are you an owl or a lark?
- I'm an owl, it seems to me that everything creative people- owls.
- How do you relieve stress?
- I try to keep myself busy physical labor: I wash the floors, I clean.

- Powerful emotions.
Did you feel anxious, afraid negative reviews?
Anna: Naturally, I was worried, but I was sure that my collection would be liked. If I'm not sure about something, I redo it until I'm happy with the result.
Why did you choose leather as the main material of the collection?
Anna: I love leather! Leather will be in all my collections. It will never go out of style and has an amazing texture. I even plan to create products from eco-leather and start sewing men's shirts from very thin leather.
Which animal do you associate yourself with?
- With a fox. I even have a collection of foxes, I have been collecting them for a very long time.
- Do you have a talisman?
“I have a talisman, but I won’t say which one. I can only say that he came to me by accident and now is constantly with me.
What ringtone is on your mobile phone?
- Standard ringtone on the iPhone.
- What is your psychological age?
- I'm not a wise woman at all, so about 20 years, probably.
How come that inspiration to create women's collection men's clothing served, and who is she - your heroine?
Anna: There is nothing sexier than a woman in menswear. I tried to convey the purity of the lines, conciseness, although there are several suits in the collection that are very similar to men's. The main thing is to see the woman, not the outfit. My heroine... I'll just name two women - Ingeborga Dapkunaite and Oksana Fandera.
How do you balance your work and family, and how do you relax?
Anna: Combining work and family is now much easier for me than it used to be, since I manage the entire process myself and can afford to spend weekends with my family, knowing that I will have to do a little more work later. The only negative is that now I practically do not earn money - all the money has to be spent on production, my employees and the creation of new models.
My daughter lives abroad, I mostly fly to her for vacations.
- What is your favorite aphorism?
- I have a lot of tattoos with sayings, probably one of them: "You need to stand as close to the edge as possible, because from the edge you will see what you will not see from the middle."
Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years, still a designer?
Anna: Yes, still a designer. But I would like not only to embody my creative ideas, but also to turn my interest into real business generating income. I hope to create a large production and become not only a designer, but also a businesswoman.

Anna: While I can not say anything - it's a secret. I can only say that I took some risk, I plan to do something that no one else has done.

Biography
Anna Dubovitskaya was born on March 6, 1983 in Saratov. Having received a higher economic education, at the age of 23 she moved to Moscow. Initially she worked in her specialty, but then she went to dance at the Street Jazz school, as a result of which she got into show business. She came to the group "Brilliant" in 2008 after the departure of Yulia Kovalchuk. In 2009, Anna decided to get another higher education, already the third in a row, at the Moscow Institute of Art and Industry with a degree in "clothing designer". The result was Anna Dubovitskaya, a women's clothing brand.
In January 2013, Anna Dubovitskaya posed for the cover of XXL magazine.
Personal life
Anna was credited with a relationship with football player Dmitry Sychev.
Anna is married to businessman Sergei Anokhin, in connection with which she even adopted his daughter Dasha from her first marriage. On April 17, 2012, in one of the capital's maternity hospitals, Anna Dubovitskaya gave birth to a daughter, who was named Lyuba in honor of her husband's mother.
