4. Filling the chest with air, tilt to the left and feel how pleasantly the muscles of the right side stretch. Without holding your breath, inhale and return to the original vertical position, in order to tilt the torso to the right with a new breath and pull the muscles of the left side. Performing this exercise, make sure that the neck and arms do not bend, remain straight. With an exhalation, return to the starting position.

5. Take a slow deep breath and begin to perform a smooth twist of the spine. To do this, take one hand behind your back, the other forward.
