Each musical instrument has its own voice, its own bright timbre “individuality”, that is, its own special sound coloring. Indeed, is it possible to confuse the sound of violin and piano, flute and organ? Of course not.
However, in the diverse world of musical instruments, there is one that, as it were, has absorbed the “voices” of many instruments into its sound palette. He is the only one of the numerous musical “brothers” figuratively and lovingly called by people the “soul of the Russian people”. What tool are we talking about?
Yes! This is a button accordion - a national Russian folk instrument.

The birthplace of accordion and button accordion is the city of Tula. Here, in the 30-40s of the 19th century, an accordion appeared. Later, improved Tula masters She gained exceptional popularity.
True, not everyone welcomed the spread of the harmonica. Many spoke of her not too flattering, called her "a terrible instrument of torture." It must be said that there were grounds for such an opinion. Most amateurs were so inept with the harmonica that musicians with sophisticated ears had only to plug their ears.
On one of the July days of 1830, the Tula gunsmith Ivan Sizov, being at the Nizhny Novgorod fair, heard the sounds of an unprecedented instrument (it was an harmonica). The delighted master bargained for the "Outlandish Thing" from an overseas merchant, not sparing forty rubles for it. Having brought home - to Chulkova Sloboda on the outskirts of Tula - a precious purchase, Sizov decided to try to make the same. It was not difficult for the craftsman to make all the details of an unpretentious toy, which was then an harmonica. This is how the first Tula harmonica appeared.

At that time, Friedrich was only seventeen years old ... so in the end he got something like a child's toy.
One of the children's toys fell into the hands of the Viennese organ maker Cyril Demian. He improved it and on May 6, 1829, he applied for an instrument that he called . And soon, in the year of his birth, Demian became a famous instrument.

Lisa: Hello dear friends! We begin concert program Instrumental Ensemble of the Children's Music School No. M.P. Mussorgsky of the city of Velikiye Luki. The leaders of the ensemble are Elena Evgenievna Bogatyreva and Elena Valerievna Demyanenko. Our ensemble is completely unique, as it brings together graduates different years and different departments of the school.
