Competition procedure:
- The competition is held in the form of an audition;
- The organizing committee of the festival prepares and conducts the competition-festival;
- The competitive program of participants' performances is compiled and approved by the organizing committee of the festival on the basis of received applications. The order of performances in the competition program is determined by the organizing committee in advance. Performances are held both in blocks and in separate numbers. The sequence of performances in the competition program depends on the age of the participants (from younger to older age categories), as well as on the declared nominations (from classical to pop and dance nominations);
- The rehearsal time allotted for each participant should not exceed 2 minutes for soloists and up to 4 minutes for collectives. Rehearsal time means an acoustic and spatial test of the stage, checking phonograms and the operation of technical support (microphones);
- Participants of the competition can participate in addition to the main nomination in additional nominations of the competition, subject to the provision of separate questionnaires for each nomination;
- The decision of the jury is final and not subject to revision;

Competitors:
The festival is attended by: groups and soloists of children's music schools and art schools, colleges, gymnasiums, dance and choirs at children's and youth houses of creativity, young authors and performers of various genres aged 5 to 24, 25-35 and 36 and older;
Age categories: 5-7 years old, 8-9 years old, 10-12 years old, 13-16 years old, 17-24 years old, 25-35 years old, 36 and older.
In the team of each age category up to 30% of participants younger or older than the specified age categories are allowed;

Competition-festival nominations and regulations competitive program:
1. INSTRUMENTAL CREATIVITY
(classical, folk, jazz, pop) - solo, small forms (duets), ensembles (trio, quartet, etc.), orchestras, composers. Participants present two diverse works with a total duration of no more than 7 minutes;
2. VOCAL CREATIVITY:

academic, pop - solo, duets, trios, ensembles, show groups, author's song.
Participants present two diverse works with a total duration of no more than 7 minutes: one work is a mandatory performance. The second work is performed at the request of the jury;
b)
choral, folk, folklore - solo, duets, trios, ensembles, choirs.
Participants - solos, duets, trios: present two diverse works with a total duration of no more than 7 minutes.
Participants - ensembles, choirs: present a program with a total duration of no more than 10 minutes;
3. DANCE CREATIVITY
(classical, folk, pop, modern, jazz modern, free plastic, break dance, children's dance, sports ballroom dancing - solo, duets and ensembles). Participants present two numbers in one nomination (soloists, duets and collectives). The total duration of the performance in the nomination is up to 9 minutes;
4. THEATER CREATIVITY
(dramatic, musical, puppet, academic, theatrical miniatures, excerpts from performances, artistic reading, musicals) Participants submit a competitive program lasting no more than 15 minutes. For participants in the nomination " artistic reading"the duration of the competition program (monologues, excerpts from works) is up to 7 minutes;
5. FOLKLORE CREATIVITY
(folklore and ethnographic groups and soloists presenting numbers and programs created on the basis of folklore, customs and rituals). Folklore groups and soloists submit to the competition one competitive number up to 10 minutes long;
6. FASHION AND DESIGN
(young fashion designers, fashion houses, fashion theaters). Young fashion designers submit to the competition program - 2 collections with original title. Up to 10 models can be shown in each collection. The duration of the competition program is up to 10 minutes. Fashion theaters submit one collection for the competition program in the form of a mini-performance or show. The duration of the competitive program is up to 10 minutes;
7. CIRCUS CREATIVITY
(show program). The duration of the performance is no more than 10 minutes for groups and no more than 7 minutes for soloists;
8. DECORATIVE AND APPLIED CREATIVITY.
In the nomination "Decorative and applied art" in the competitive program, up to 4 author's works/products are evaluated, including paintings and photographs. The technique of performing work is free. Works no smaller than 20x30 cm (for artists) can be submitted to the competition. Works are accepted in a passe-partout from whatman paper, it is obligatory to indicate the full name. author, age and surname of the teacher;

Main technical and organizational requirements:
The phonograms provided for the competition program must be on CD-R discs in the usual audio format or on USB flash drives in MP3, WAV formats in impeccable sound quality;

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Participants in the nomination "VOCAL CREATIVITY" perform competitive works only with a "minus" phonogram. It is forbidden to perform under the "plus" phonogram. It is also prohibited to use phonograms in which the back vocal parts duplicate the main part of the soloist. The regulation of the competition allows the use of prescribed backing vocals only in the chorus . Works in the nomination "VOCAL CREATIVITY" are performed without additional processing of the voice of the contestants through the use of sound effects from the sound engineer's console (reverb, equalizer, etc.);
2.
If the scheduled performance time is exceeded by more than 1 minute, one evaluation point is deducted and the phonogram stops;
3. The Organizing Committee has the right to use and distribute without paying a fee to the participants and guests of the competition photos, audio and video recordings of the competition program of the festival and the Gala Concert, as well as printed and other types of products made during the competitive events;
4. To publish an article about a group or soloist on the website of the festival organizers and to prepare posters and posters for the competition-festival, you must provide a resume with a creative biography and two color photographs in JPEG format;
5. Issues not covered by these Regulations are decided by the organizing committee on the spot;

- opening and brightness artistic images, performance level, staging (plasticity, costume, culture of performance), correspondence of the repertoire to the age characteristics of the performers, artistic design of the performance, props, diction of the actors;
Fashion and design - costume design, compositional integrity, single concept, originality of the director's decision, consistency in style (costume, hairstyle, choreography, musical accompaniment), originality of the author's decision, integrity of the collection, unity of concept, silhouette forms and color scheme, musical arrangement, artistic performance, quality and craftsmanship, the complexity of the artistic solution;
Arts and Crafts
- originality author's work, depth, imagery and artistic disclosure of the topic;

The composition of the jury of the competition - festival:
Honored Workers of Culture and Arts of St. Petersburg and Russia;

The jury has the right:
- to award the Grand Prix of the competition;
- To award the titles of laureates of I, II, III degrees and diplomats of I, II, III degrees;
- Not all award top places;
- Share prizes among several participants;

From 25 to 28 April 2016. at the arena of the State "Circus in Avtovo" (St. Petersburg) was held the Festival-competition of amateur circus art "Flowers of Russia. White Nights. 2016". For three competitive days more than 40 circus groups from Russia and Belarus, about 200 circus acts of various genres were presented to the jury.

The festival ended with an enchanting gala concert, where best rooms Festival.

The jury of the Festival was headed by Doctor of Art History, Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation, Advisor to the Chinese National Circus, President of the Academy of Circus Art - Sergey Mikhailovich Makarov (Moscow). From 7 to 10 June in St. Petersburg was held All-Russian competition-festival"White Nights 2016". The jury of the competition is honored workers of culture and arts, Russia and St. Petersburg. The White Nights festival provides an opportunity to reveal your talent to the fullest and improve your professionalism. During the festival, participants and spectators got acquainted with many wonderful dance, choral, orchestral, vocal, folklore groups from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and the CIS countries. The main objectives of the festival are the search and discovery of new young talents among children's and youth creative teams and soloists, the establishment of international friendships, the exchange of experience and creative achievements participants from different cities of the country, improving the professional skills of participants and the qualifications of teachers and leaders. The Bryansk region was represented at the festival by the Children's Art School of the R.P. Klimovo - choreographic group "Rainbow" and students of the vocal and instrumental departments.

During their stay in St. Petersburg, the children of the art school r.p. Klimovo was visited by a large number of excursions and the most beautiful places of the beautiful city of Russia, which will remain in the memory of children and adults for a long time - Peterhof, the Hermitage, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the most unforgettable was a night boat trip - under the divorced bridges of the Neva, one of the symbols of St. Petersburg. Stunning views of the city at night, spans of drawbridges soaring upwards, magical Neva at night. During the trip, the ship passed seven large drawbridges: Palace, Trinity, Liteiny, Sampsonievsky, Grenadier, Kantemirovsky and Blagoveshchensky.

The Diploma of the Laureate of the II degree was received by Daria Golovanova (solo folk singing) - teacher Gretskaya Lyudmila Vladimirova;

Yulia Kozlova (solo pop singing) - teacher Kuvshinova Nadezhda Alekseevna and Litvinenko Varvara (solo folk singing) - teacher Gretskaya L.V. received the diploma of the Laureate of the III degree.

For selection for participation in the festival-competition, participants submit to the organizing committee until May 01 the Questionnaire - application.

  • List of the group for booking hotel rooms for non-resident participants, indicating the date of birth of each participant, leader, accompanist, accompanying person or other person.

Participants awards:

Participants are awarded diplomas: Grand Prix winner, 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree laureate, diploma winner and participant, diplomas and letters of thanks, diplomas of the International Piano and Accompanist Guild, etc. Duplication of places in each nomination and age group is allowed.

In addition to the participants, the following are also awarded: organizations, accompanists and leaders of creative teams, authors of the best creative works and productions.
