Types of success factors

The truth is simple, but we ourselves often complicate things. Body Condition for Success Meditation

The first factor in meditation is the simplicity of the body. In the practice of sitting meditation, this means working with deep awareness of breathing, sensations, posture and movements with a very gentle and liberal approach to one's inner states. When sitting down for meditation, it is advisable to choose a position in which it is comfortable to be. for a long time, remaining, however, vigilantly awake, direct and calm. Feeling any points of tension in the body, give them the opportunity to soften and relax. Let the shoulders fall by themselves, and the breath will be established in its own mode, relax all the muscles of the neck, back, face. In the process of sitting, we allow ourselves to feel absolutely everything that is happening in our body, entering the space of each sensation with the spotlight of awareness and keeping the mind balanced. But we also practice bringing this awareness into the spectrum of our activity throughout the day filled with business, being in the foundation of our physicality.

To attract money

This meditation requires special preparation. Before relaxing, take a glass of water and a paper banknote, put it on your knees, and carefully place a glass on it. Now close your eyes and relax as described above.

After entering the trance, imagine that you are sitting in a comfortable place in which you feel very good - it could be the shore of a pond, the edge of the sea, or the sandy coast. Now visualize the bill that you have now, and imagine that it is now above your head. Let it spin clockwise, accelerating more and more.

Over time, it spins so fast that it turns into a money cycle, which in a few moments begins to shine. Visualize this whirlwind - it consists of many banknotes. Present it as clearly as possible, in every detail.

Now the vortex slowly enters your head through the top of your head, going down to the middle of your chest and just below where you have your solar plexus. Remember again what the bill looks like lying on your knees, and mentally fill it with the light that now comes from your solar plexus.

Imagine that it glows brighter and brighter, charged with the energy of money, and mentally say: "My wealth is growing every day."

If you want to receive a certain amount of money from fate, say it. Now return to the vortex inside you again and lift it up so that it is above your head again. Imagine that it fades and stops, while crumbling into thousands of banknotes that rain down on you, wash like a rain of money, fall everywhere.

After that, you can open your eyes. The bill that was used during meditation must be spent in the next day. It is better to repeat this meditation several times.


money angel

Get ready, relax, imagine that you are now in a garden that is incredibly beautiful. Around you are trees, flowering bushes. Some of them are literally strewn with flowers, the most delicate pleasant smell fills the whole space around.

Others lean down from fruits so ripe and juicy they look like they're about to burst. Here are apple trees, and pears, and peaches, and other unprecedented fruits that you have never seen. Mentally pick the fruit you like and try it, enjoy the taste.

Hear the birds sing in the garden, the fountains murmur. Approach one of them, enjoy the freshness and coolness emanating from it, listen to the murmur. After that, continue on your way, move along the alleys and paths, which themselves seem to set the direction.

Imagine that you have come to a small pond, the water in which is crystal clear. Sit beside him and look inside, imagine that you see a magical underwater world that completely fascinates you. A warm breeze caresses your skin. You seem to merge with the surrounding beauty, freshness and tranquility.

After you understand that it is time to move on, mentally get up and step back onto the path. After a while, you should come to a place where roses stretch around as far as the eye can see. rose bushes under a clear sky, a sweet, maddening and intoxicating aroma that brings pleasure.

Imagine that you are bathing in it, absorbing the beauty and magnificence of the surroundings. But it's time to move on, and the path leads you into the shade, where it's cool. The road goes uphill, and you see a white marble staircase that goes up and leads to a snow-white temple.

The temple is located on top of a mountain and is shrouded in a gentle, calm light. This is the temple of silence and you need to enter it. Mentally climb the stairs and enter. Imagine what you see Big hall, and there are comfortable elegant chairs in it. Sit in one of them and relax.

After a while, one of the inner doors should open, and a beautiful, shining silhouette will come out of it. This is your Money Angel, and he has been waiting for you here for many years. He will guide you, teach you, and encourage you. Talk to him about what worries you about financial issues, complain, ask why everything is so bad with your financial situation.

Imagine that not only a stream of water beats out of a fountain, but also cash flow that gold coins flash in the jets, which sparkle and shimmer in the sun's rays. They, like drops, fall on you and settle in your pockets, making a pleasant chime.

Feel that it is your money and no one else's. Imagine that a stream, as endless as in a fountain, is now pouring into your life, bringing a lot of money. Try to analyze the feelings and keep the delight and joy that you are sure to experience. Go home with these emotions. Now always, as soon as it comes difficult situation with finances, mentally go to this place and let the coins fall into your pockets.
