Various attractions in Korea are somehow related to agriculture, so such festivals are often accompanied by a tasting of local vegetables, fruits or drinks. Each performance lasts not so long - just over an hour, and you can watch it from different parts of the city.

Traditions of pyrotechnic art in Asian countries are strong enough. Perhaps this is due to the fact of the invention of gunpowder itself, which first appeared in China. The International Project "Salute of Talents" is a system of prestigious international festivals-competitions of children's and youth creativity, established in 2008, combined with an extensive excursion program. During the academic year 2018-2019 (festival season) a series of festival-competitions is held in various cities of the world. The Super Final of the 2018-2019 festival season takes place in October 2019. Creative teams and soloists are allowed to participate in the Superfinal - Laureates of the 1st degree of any of the festivals-competitions held during the festival season 2018-2019 as part of the Salute of Talents project. The prize fund of the Superfinal is 500,000 rubles.

At each festival-competition, the Organizing Committee awards grants to teachers for free education and advanced training within the framework of the All-Russian Forum teaching staff spheres of culture and art "Development".

Ministry of Culture Russian Federation supports the activities of the organizing committee and confirms that all activities carried out by our organization contribute to the identification and development of young talents, the implementation creativity and professional development of teachers.

To participate in festivals-competitions are allowed: creative teams and soloists who have submitted an Application for participation and paid the registration fee. The calculation of the registration fee is carried out by the art manager of the festival-competition on the basis of the Application for Participation. Accommodation and transfer of participants of the festival-competition is carried out exclusively by official partners. Participation in the festival-competition is participation in one nomination, one age category, one group category.

Within one participation:

Soloists and small forms present a concert-competition program from one number, lasting no more than 5 minutes. In the nomination for soloists and small forms, the presentation of two numbers is allowed, with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.

Ensembles and orchestras will present a concert-competition program of two diverse performances, with the duration of each number not exceeding 4 minutes. In nomination "theatrical creativity" And « instrumental creativity» (ensembles and orchestras) a presentation of one performance with a duration of no more than 10 minutes is allowed. In nomination "theatrical creativity", if there is a technical possibility and in agreement with the organizing committee, it is permissible to increase the performance time up to 30 minutes. At the same time, every additional 10 minutes, in excess of those established by the Regulations, are paid as additional participation. In nomination "Choreographic creativity" a presentation of one issue lasting no more than 10 minutes is allowed.

Choral groups present a program lasting at least 8 and no more than 15 minutes. The minimum number is 2 songs, while they must be diverse. At least one song must be performed a cappella.

In nomination "Folklore creativity" collectives will present a concert-competition program of a mixed genre lasting no more than 8 minutes.

If the time limit is exceeded, the jury has the right to stop the performance and disqualify the contestants.

Rehearsals and performances are held strictly according to the schedule provided by the organizers of the festival-competition. Changes in the repertoire are accepted no later than 21 days before the start of the festival tour, by written notification to the art manager of the festival-competition.

In nomination "Vocal creativity" it is not allowed to use plus phonograms with a recorded voice or instrument of the main melody. For solo performances, it is allowed to use backing tracks with prescribed backing vocals that do not duplicate the main part of the soloist. For small forms and ensembles, the use of phonograms with backing vocals is not allowed. The jury reserves the right to leave without evaluation the performances submitted to the competition in violation of this rule.

In nomination "fine art" participation takes place in the format of an exhibition taking place during the festival-competition. Within one participation, one or two works (signed works) of size (for arts and crafts - base area) 50x70cm or less can be submitted.

If it is necessary to use sound recordings, participants send sound recordings to the art manager of the festival-competition in advance by e-mail, and also bring them with them on a flash drive and on CD (each track on a separate CD). All necessary technical and musical equipment (technical rider) must be specified in the Application for participation.

Owners The Grand Prix get the opportunity to take part in one of the festival-competitions of the "Salute of Talents" project without an organizational fee within one calendar year from the moment of receiving the Grand Prix. Participation without an organizational fee is allowed only once, in the same nomination and in the same age category in which the Grand Prix was received.

Laureates of the first degree of any of the festival-competitions get into the Superfinal of the project "Salute of Talents". The exceptions are the Laureates of the 1st degree in the nominations "Fine Art" (nominations 9 - 11), who enter the Superfinal of the project "Palette of the World", as well as the Laureates of the 1st degree in the nominations "Theatrical Creativity" (nominations 18 - 22), who enter the Festival and the Masochka Prize.

Choirs awarded the title of Laureates of the first degree of any festival-competition "Salute of Talents" of the 2018-2019 season receive the right to take part in the Final of the Russian Choir Championship of the 2018-2019 season.

*** Participation of teams and soloists residing in the cities of the festival or nearby cities (no more than 200 km from the city of the competition) is allowed on the terms of independent accommodation and transportation of participants to the place of performance. Such participants pay the registration fee with a coefficient of 1.5. Applications from such participants are satisfied according to quotas:

No more than two soloists / small forms from one institution / teacher and no more than two participations from each team (no limit on the number of teams from one institution).
The total number of all participations that meet clause 1 within one festival is no more than 10.

If these quotas are exceeded, applicants may be denied participation. The organizing committee has the right to make a decision to increase each of the quotas and inform about it additionally.

Festival Jury:

The jury is composed by the organizing committee of the festival from well-known artists, teachers of creative disciplines, directors, heads of creative teams, cultural and art workers, and public figures. The list of jury members is not disclosed before the start of the festival. At the end of the festival, a round table is held, where participants and teachers have the opportunity to discuss competitive performances with members of the jury and exchange views. Competitive performances participants are evaluated according to generally accepted criteria: technical skills (according to the nomination), artistry, the complexity of the repertoire and the age of the repertoire, the creation artistic image, taking into account the subjective opinion of each jury member.

Prizes and awards:

All festival participants receive memorable souvenirs. In each nomination, age and group category, the titles of Laureate of I, II and III degrees, as well as the title of Diploma winner are awarded. Laureates are awarded with diplomas and cups, Diploma winners are awarded only with participant diplomas. One of the winners of the 1st prize, the jury assigns the Grand Prix. Grand Prix holders get the opportunity to take part in one of the festival-competitions of the "Salute of Talents" project without an organizational fee within one calendar year from the date of receiving the Grand Prix. Participation without an organizational fee is allowed only once, in the same nomination and in the same age category in which the Grand Prix was received. Special diplomas issued in the presence of outstanding participants, according to the jury: "Diploma for the best choreographic number", "Diploma for the best musical number", "Best choreographer", "Best accompanist", "Best choirmaster", "Best director" , "Diploma for the best costume", "Diploma for the most artistic participant", "Diploma for the youngest participant", "Diploma for the best artistic work". Teachers, leaders and accompanists receive official letters of thanks and certificates of passing the round table.

Within the framework of each festival-competition, the organizing committee awards a special diploma “For Outstanding Pedagogical Excellence”. A teacher who has received a diploma also receives a grant to visit the Development Forum. The criteria for choosing the owner of the Individual Grant and the Diploma "For Outstanding Teaching Excellence" are the skill level of the pupils of the teacher, the number and variety of performances presented, and the overall impression of the performances. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to award more than one Individual Grant for visiting the Development Forum within the framework of one festival.

Laureates of the 1st degree of any of the festival-competitions get into the Superfinal of the project "Salute of Talents". The exceptions are the Laureates of the 1st degree in the nominations "Fine Art" (nominations 9 - 11), who enter the Superfinal of the project "Palette of the World", as well as the Laureates of the 1st degree in the nominations "Theatrical Creativity" (nominations 21 - 26), who enter the Festival and the Masochka Prize.

Non-competitive participation:

Within the framework of all festivals-competitions of the Salute of Talents project, out-of-competition participation of teams and soloists is allowed. All the same rules and requirements apply to participants who perform out of competition, as to other participants. Out-of-competition performances are also reviewed and evaluated by the jury without scoring and subsequent assignment of places. Teachers have the opportunity to discuss the performances of their pupils with the jury members as part of a round table. Participants who performed outside the competition receive a Diploma of the Festival Participant, as well as a commemorative Cup. Out-of-competition participation is admissible in one nomination.

Prize Fund of the Superfinal:

The prize fund of the Superfinal of the festival season 2018-2019 is 500 thousand rubles. Prize pool distribution by prizes regulated by the Superfinal Regulations.
