History of education

Vladislav Zorin announced the performance of the Time-Out rock band in several cities. Posters and tickets were printed. However, the team for which Zorin was preparing performances suddenly broke up. Zorin turned to Molchanov and Minaev with a request to perform under the name "Time-Out", and the tour succeeded - at that time the group played demanded and dense Soviet hard rock, and the text corresponded to the poetics of perestroika. This is how the band got its current name.

Radio

On May 30, 1991, the first radio broadcast was released on Radio SNC, hosted by Molchanov and Minaev: “Hi, the kwachas have arrived.” As part of the program, the musicians immersed radio listeners in the discourse of kwachas - this is how the fans of the group later began to be called.

After the closure of Radio SNC, the program tried to settle on Rakurs radio, and after that it found a true second life on Silver Rain radio. The transfer is now closed.

Pavel Molchanov found a sign with the inscription "Dentist" in the garbage and decided to hang it on the door of his room. But the sign turned out to be wider, and so he cut off the prefix "One Hundred." Thus was born motology and motologists. About the alternation of o-a, motologists are silent. No, they don't. At the beginning of their journey, the motologists were asked the question: “Do you use foul language?”. It is assumed that the word-forming law of full consent worked.

Conquest of the Pole

One of the most famous Time-Out concerts for the general public was held on April 21, 1995 for 12 minutes ... at the North Pole with a wind speed of 5 m / s and a temperature of -38 ° C. Ensemble of Motological Music Time Out in current composition has a long and very turbulent history. He owes his appearance famous character- Zopuhu. But first things first.

“This heavy rock line-up was created in the summer of 1986 as the Art group and was based in the city of Ordzhonikidze (now Vladikavkaz) at the Philharmonic. But already at the beginning next year musicians leave their place of work and begin to perform under the name "Time Out". For some time the group was listed in Makhachkala, and then moved to Moscow, where the rock poet Alexander Elin began to deal with its affairs. He offered "Time-Out" a new soloist - Mikhail Pakhmanov, who had an original, well-recognized vocal.

The group began performing in Moscow, had its own audience, and in 1988 recorded its only full-length album, Prometheus. But Pakhmanov suddenly decided to take up solo career. Was invited new vocalist- Konstantin Chilingiridis from Stavropol. Time Out were going to rewrite the album with his vocals, but in the end everything dragged on and gradually lost its meaning. With Chilingiridis, the group (Stas Veselov - guitar; Sergey Novikov - guitar; Alexey Kalinin - bass; Viktor Mozharov - keyboards; Alexander Erokhin - drums) recorded only a demo tape of four songs in English.

At the end of 1989, Chilingiridis left for Greece and had to look for a vocalist again. This time it was Pavel Shcherbakov. "Time-Out" shortened their name to "Out" and, unfortunately, it turned out to be very prophetic - they did not manage to improve their affairs and, being in such an out, the group finally broke up in the spring of 1990.

“Time Out is a team that has already been trimmed and become familiar in the fatal spheres. Has prestige and authority. She is one of those in our heavy faction who consistently draws on the tradition of melodic hard rock that goes back to the early classics of Deep Purple, Nazareth, Grand Funk and their later followers. Time-Out has been working on a debut album with the conditional name "Prometheus" for several months now. The work could have been completed long ago if it were not for the helplessness of the Melodiya company, which was unable to provide the proper conditions for high-quality and fruitful work.

The group includes drummer Alexander Erokhin, guitarists Sergei Novikov and Stanislav Veselov, keyboardist Viktor Nazarov and bass player Alexei Kalinin. With the advent of the fragile and lively vocalist Konstantin Chilingiridis, a kind of eye-pleasing reactivity and lightness appeared in the stage appearance of Time-Out.

When discord began in the team during a tour of the Transcaucasus, the director - Vladislav Efimovich Zorin (or Vadim Zorin, as he usually introduced himself) - went to the Moscow Rock Laboratory. There he got acquainted with the work of the Shock group, whose leaders were Alexander Minaev and Pavel Molchanov.

Zorin suggested that they change their name to "Time-Out" and continue their work in the city of Makhachkala, at the Dagestan State Philharmonic. And on February 17, the renewed team went on their first tour.

However, for the leader, the consent of the musicians to cooperate did not mean at all that the story would end happily. Realizing that the team could not play other people's songs, he voluntarily left them the name "Time Out" and stopped working with the team.

At the same time, the group began to play their songs, and in 1989, under the leadership of A. Minaev, who acted as director, the first disc, “We Love You,” was recorded at the Gorky Film Studio, similar in style to the above-mentioned Prometheus magnetic album.

Apparently, even then the first line-up of the group performed under the brand name "Aut", having only "Prometheus" in its assets, which, according to some information, was recorded back in 1987. Minaev and Molchanov began their careers as musicians at a young age. Alexander played in the school ensemble, after - in the aforementioned Shock group. Pavel studied at the Dmitry Kabalevsky school for gifted children in the cello class. Later he tried to continue musical education at the Moscow Conservatory, where he studied conducting skills. The attempt failed, as the conservatory was abandoned after the third year due to "roof failure on the basis of rock and roll." Before Shock, Pavel was a member of the Martin group.

As can be seen from this passage, the paths of several groups often intersected with the general line of the Time-Out Ensemble, because the mentioned Andrey Rodin subsequently firmly entrenched himself in the group. And "Legion", with which Time-Out toured a lot, to the delight of the fans brought up guitarist Sergei Stepanov, who came to the Ensemble in 1992 and performed with him for almost ten years.

The acquaintance of the future founders of the motological doctrine took place as follows. Alexander Minaev dreamed of a good guitar and searched for it for a long time. In the end, he got hold of the phone of a man who allegedly had an excellent guitar.

However, having contacted its owner, Alexander found out that the guitar was by no means excellent, but very home-made. However, acquaintance with the owner, Pavel Molchanov, turned out to be much more valuable.

Offering him cooperation, Minaev lured Pavel into his group. So "Shock" got a new vocalist.

The group worked in the Dagestan Philharmonic until 1989, gave a huge number of concerts in the North Caucasus and Far East. But in 1989 there was a very difficult situation with the tour, and the musicians quit.

In the same year, the group released their first disc on Melodiya. Three songs were recorded there, which later became motological hits: "Shards of Evil", "Rock-women" and "Let Me Go" (though with a different text).

The composition of the group from 1987 to 1989 changed at a breakneck pace. Only Minaev and Molchanov remained constantly. Already in Dagestan, the group went with another guitarist - Alexander Karachun. But he went on only one trip, after which Dmitry Sharaev appeared (later he played with V. Dobrynin, and then, together with the Galaxy, he left for America).

At the same time, the bassist left the group and Alexander Minaev took up the bass guitar. But in 1988 it happened that the entire composition - except for Minaev - was removed from the tour and sent to Moscow. Then Minaev collected new composition: Yuri Shipilov (known as Mr. PZH) (drums), Andrey Antonov (guitar), Sergey Solovyov (vocals) and Minaev (bass).

So the group went on several trips, but on one of them, right on tour, Sergei Solovyov lost his voice. Then Pavel Molchanov returned to the group. The second disc - "Medical Technique" - was recorded by the group with drummer Andrey Rodin, and the famous guitar master Vladimir Pavlov (the future prototype of Johan Palych) played the guitar.

Having gained independence and having played in the style of "heavy metal", the musicians decided to radically change the concept of activity, and at the turn of the eighties and nineties, a motological movement arose.

One of the first concerts of Time-Out in the motological composition was held in St. Petersburg in 1992 in the Lenin House of Culture (later - the Indie Club). Refuting the skepticism of the organizers of the concert, with a hall capacity of 1000 people, Time-Out gathered 1200 listeners.

The Motological Music Ensemble appeared at the very beginning of 1987. And it was invented by none other than Zopukh. His name was actually not Zopukh, but Zorin V.E. The word "Zopuh" was formed like this: ANZ, in a state of absolute amusement, read the name of the artistic director in Latin on the poster.

So. There was such a group - Time Out, but not in the current composition, but in Gorky. And during the next tour of the Transcaucasus, Zorin, for no reason, quarreled with the team. How did the science of Motology originate? Here's how it was: Minaev Alexander Semenovich (Akaky Nazarich Zirnbirshtein - ANZ), while in the Republic of Dagestan, went to the hotel toilet and found something similar to a toilet bowl, but it was actually not at all the same.

For Molchanov Pavel Valeryevich (Torvlobnor Petrovich Puzdoy - Chamber of Commerce and Industry), motology began in a different way. Finding a sign with the inscription "dentist" in the garbage, he brought it home and wanted to nail it to the door, but it turned out to be too long. The resourceful Chamber of Commerce and Industry, without hesitation, shook the sign and the inscription "matologist" shone on the door. The very name Torvlobnor Petrovich Puzdoy was formed from Torvlobnaya Petrovich Empty, whose origin is unknown.

Later, however, "matologists" became "motologists", since media workers associated the first option with obscenities, so the ensemble's texts were feared like fire. After that, Time Out became a non-air group, which, for some reason, remains to this day. Although, the motologists themselves treat this with a bit of humor: on the cover of the Yohan Palych Forever disc there is the following inscription - "100% radio suitability. Does not contain obscene expressions and profanity. Unfortunately."

Since then, the composition of the group has changed somewhat: young guitarist S. Stepanov replaced V. Pavlov, A. Rodin replaced Yu. Shipilov, and keyboard player R. Mukhachev also joined Time Out.

The promotion of the science of Motology takes place not only at Time Out concerts, but also at other events. For example, ANZ and Chamber of Commerce are the permanent hosts of the Bike Show, they regularly performed at the rock festival "They ruined their childhood", winning it in several categories at once, at the MK and Beer holidays in Luzhniki and many other events.

However, the hall was full, it was a completely bright, dazzling show. We put a cabinet on the stage next to the drums and made a competition "Zopushka". A small felt boot was supposed to suit someone, and now this "zopushka" had the opportunity to sit in a closet for one song. But there were a lot of such "zopushki" in the hall, and at the end of the concert the closet was smashed to smithereens - it was so fun. True, then I had to pay the Indie Club for the damage. The concert also started very well. boring: the curtain opens, and Styopa (Sergey Stepanov) is standing on skis and with sticks, the bindings on the skis are so stupid, not iron, but soft - for children.

But it wasn't without adventure. First, ANZ and GGSK, who took only oranges and boiled rice with them from food, found them frozen (oranges turned into "billiard balls", and rice - "granite chips"). Secondly, they arrived at the pole in boots, after which they had to change them for polar boots. Thirdly, the Chamber of Commerce and the AK, having taken too much, mixed up the transport and flew not back to the Taimyr Peninsula, but to Franz Josef Land. So the concert at the Pole was not a banal gathering and took place in a rather cheerful atmosphere.

In addition, the Time Out Ensemble every year, according to the old tradition, always plays a charity concert at the hospital for children with disabilities in the Olympic Village. Kwachas have arrived

The ANZ and the Chamber of Commerce gained wider fame by working on the radio in the program "Hi, the kwachas have arrived." When motology could no longer be contained within the framework of concerts, the idea arose to present its doctrine more widely to the public. Then another proposal appeared. In 1990, a certain Yuri Spiridonov, who had previously worked with Time Out as an entertainer on tour, invited Minaev and Molchanov to the then-opened SNC radio. At first there was no broadcast, they were asked to just come to chat on the air and play their music. Stas Namin, director of SNC, liked it and suggested that they work on the air regularly. In 1992, the pathos program, as the most popular on the radio station, was nominated for various awards(Golden Ostaps, there, all sorts), but the judges always cheated her and did not give her first place.

In 1992, the radio station was covered with a copper toilet and with it the above-mentioned program. It wasn't until December 1996 that she started caressing the wimp's ears again. But instead of the Chamber of Commerce, the newly-minted motologist Sergey Anatolyevich Stepanov (Gagey Gageevich Sikorsky Goner, aka GGSK) was broadcasting with Akaki. Since then, all this happened on the radio "Silver Rain" until October 25, 2000, when the program stopped going on the air.

She returned, however, the same week, but on Nashe Radio. And instead of GGSK, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry is broadcasting again and there is not much motology there. It's just that the ANZ and the CCI are broadcasting an hour.

In 1999, some changes took place in the program, back on Dozhd - a new rubric "Thin Ear" appeared, something like the old "Hello, we are looking for talents." In this part of the program, motologists broadcast poems and songs of various groups or simply creative personalities, sent to them in advance on various media. On April 8, 2000, a festival with the same name took place in the "Svalka" club, in which many of those whose works were broadcasted took part.

Beer and knocks...

Now about the drink "Time Out". Oddly enough, it was not exactly beer, but real ale (more precisely, HmEl Time Out). The presentation of the drink took place at MNG"97. The advertising text read: "El Time Out is made according to the technology and recipes of old English breweries without the use of preservatives under license and from concentrates provided by the Concord company. This unique double-fermented beer matures like champagne directly in the bottle. It can "live" up to three years, and over time it only becomes tastier, hoppier, healthier for the body and more beautiful in color. The presence of brewer's yeast sediment in the bottle is a must! It is thanks to the "live" yeast El Time Out is a unique drink for people experiencing significant physical exertion. The complex of vitamins of group B, which is part of brewer's yeast, perfectly restores the body. Just one cup is enough, and you will feel pleasant flexibility in the body and complacency!

This drink is no longer available. There was a company that knew the secret and original recipe for making ale, which was bottled in 1.5 liters and labeled with the Time Out logo. Then the motologists stopped ordering the ale and it was lost forever. You can see him in one of the interviews with ANZ and GGSK from 1998 called "Living Collection", which is interspersed with excerpts from the concert. By the way, during the performance of songs at that concert, motologists often sip their ale.

And in general, the Time Out ensemble itself is very respectful of beer: the ANZ and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry are members of the Beer Lovers Party (ANZ was even a candidate from the Republic of Tuva for the post of State Duma deputy from the PLP), and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry won a competition for high-speed drinking of beer (1 liter in about 5 seconds), for which he received another box as a reward. But the glory of the "beer ensemble" came to Time Out when "Song about beer" appeared, later called "Hymn to Beer" and released on the album "Chasing a Long Ruble".

Torvlobnor Petrovich once participated in a talk show, where he won a competition for high-speed beer drinking - a liter in 5 seconds. For which he received an award - another pack of beer.

As Akaki Nazarich said, his life has been connected with beer since childhood. The fact is that in the courtyard of his house there was a famous brewery, and now he lives in a house on the ground floor of which there is a pub. So the happy motolog has always been there and will be provided with beer to the eyeballs.

The case is being heard...

On August 5, 1999, the program "The case is being heard" took place. LDPR leader V.V. Zhirinovsky sued Russian rock, represented by A.S. Minaev - Akaki Nazarich Zirnbirshtein. Zhirinovsky stated that rock promotes the spread of drugs by mentioning the latter in songs. It was not clear what the Time Out had to do with it, because motologists repeatedly urged those who had started to quit and those who had not tried not to start? ANZ has two daughters and is not interested in the distribution and propaganda of drugs. To illustrate the harmlessness of the songs, they even put on a clip of Yohan Palych from the concert, but in the words ": the grass is turning green:" V.V. Zhirinovsky caught secret meaning, which could be unsafe for fans. Zhirinovsky, together with his lawyer and witnesses, attacked A.N.Z., but all their facts were unconvincing and Akaki easily parried all the accusations. When witnesses from the side of the defendant were invited, the whole attack of Zhirinovsky bogged down.

When they moved on to the debate of the parties, Zhirinovsky realized that the case was lost and proposed a settlement, saying in an apologetic voice that rock is good and even offered to draw up public organization Rock + Politicians against drugs. Akaki, being a noble man, supported the initiative and even shook hands with Zhirinovsky as a sign of reconciliation.

Motologists do not forget about film production either. Along with the clips for the compositions "Shards of Evil", "I Love to Ride", "Yohan Palych", "Autumn" and "Pinocchio", there is such a thing as the four-episode film "Kvachas Have Arrived", which was even shown at the Anniversary of the motor movement in MDM in 1998. In addition, Time Out has also been writing music for some films, the latest of which is "DMB".

Since the days of Program A on television, Time Out has appeared rarely, but quite regularly. In addition to Pinocchio's clip and the Live Collection, which can be seen relatively often, the Motological Ensemble honors Kapriz on MTv with its presence. In addition, there is a Time Out in the Muz TV studio, in Anthropology, Pera Sharks and other programs. And in late 1999 - early 2000, a television version of the program "Kvachi have arrived" was aired on MTv, hosted by the ANZ and GGSK, but after a while it disappeared.

But! There is another film, which at first glance has nothing to do with motology, but it does a great job of helping to understand the motological doctrine. It's about about the film by G. Danelia "Kin Dza Dza". Such famous aphorisms, as, for example, "everyone lie down for half an hour", "I fell in love with you, I'll teach you" or that very famous "ku" came from there. And the music in the screensaver of "Thin Ear" is also taken from this film, and Danelia also had a hand in the "yellow pants". Actually, all of it, both in terms of the plot and in terms of other indicators, is of great motological value.

Motological New Year...

Motological New Year was born in Akaki's apartment one day in June over a glass of beer. On the table was a lemon tree covered with fish scales. In such a combination of circumstances, motologists could not fail to note such important holiday. By the way, it is noted in wide circle fans of motology with a large gathering of people, but not in summer, but in late autumn. When celebrating the MNG, motologists recommend decorating everything with dried wild cucumbers all the same lemon tree, drinking beer, scattering fish scales (preferably bream) around the apartment and dancing incendiary motological dances, of course.

Bream scales, according to the ANZ, are remarkable in that after you have scattered them on the carpet, they are not completely cleaned from there. So during the year you will certainly find scales in the carpet, which will immediately evoke in you pleasant memories of the holiday.

The lemon tree became an attribute of the MNG due to the fact that in the summer it was difficult (and too lazy) to find a Christmas tree, so for the summer New Year's table it was exposed. Then, in the early nineties, this tree was still green and full-fledged in all respects, but Akaki Nazarych personally ruined it (simply did not water it), which led to the fact that the tree withered. Now it is decorated with dried wild hedgehog-like cucumbers and other crap.

For the kwachas themselves New Year is another holiday, or, more precisely, an occasion to spend time. And the best pastime, according to the motological doctrine, is "drinking and eating." And where else to do it, except at a concert. Motologists even called for MNG to be made a national holiday and declared a day off, for which they signed and submitted a petition to the State Duma.

Kwacha and Big MAC...

In 1999, a new Time Out fan club was formed, nicknamed Big MAK "ohm (International Kwacha Association). Before that, there was another fan club called MAK. With the new fan club, Time Out received more powerful and well-organized support from fans through the fact that the fan club provides its members with discounts and other benefits in exchange for ever-increasing love and devotion.

Rybba bird Kvach - a creature in felt boots, with an udder and scales on the body. Kvacha give birth head first (if you give birth tail first, you will get the so-called "effect of a cone stuck in your mouth" - it enters and does not come out back). Motologists themselves define a kwach as follows: a kwach is a creature of the future with an udder and felt boots. It is on self-sufficiency, for which it has an udder, through which kwach milk is produced, and it is used with kwach. Akaki Nazarich himself said that "kvachas are those who believe: one must live in a buzz, and from what is not in a buzz, one must make it to be in a buzz."

Kvach, like most living beings, has two sexes: kvach (male gender) and mamzel or kvachikha (female gender). There are also known cases when quite old people joined the Kwacha movement. Then men became kvachas, and women became honorary ladies of motology. It is impossible to become a motolog. Only GGSK managed to increase the number of motologists - it became the third after ANZ and CCI. Therefore, such titles as, say, "motology" are absent as such.

In order to become a kwach, you need to listen to several radio programs or go to a Time Out concert, or even better, do both. In general, those people who support the motological doctrine and are fans of the motological ensemble can be called kvachas.

Separate creativity...

Here A. Minaev did not philosophize slyly and published a book "Zopuh, cockroach Bobson and more." Many and many creations of the motologist were included there, both very old from the SNC times, and new ones that appeared shortly before the book was published. Among them are famous works, like "Poem about the Nail", of course, "Cockroach Bobson", as well as lyrics, scientific treatises on motology, stories about Zopuha and much more. In addition, the book is decorated with drawings by A. Minaev and his youngest daughter Julia.

But Torvlobnor Petrovich was the first to succeed in this matter. Regardless of the ensemble, already under the name of P. Molchanov, he released two solo albums recorded and mixed in his own home studio. Both albums consist mainly of slow acoustic compositions. The name of the first solo album " Magical forest", the second - "Wall Wizde Wsigda".

Kvachas with experience still remember Molchanov's other hobby - drawing. A vivid confirmation of this is the cover of the album "Yokhan Palych", on which there are three drawings by Molchanov. One of them is "Rooster on a perch". Naturally, the work of the artist-motologist is not limited to the design of the album - in 1997 he held a rather successful exhibition own paintings. Molchanov, of course, was also fond of prose and poetry, but not to the same extent as Minaev, so his poems and stories are known to a narrower circle of motology fans. Thus, everyone was convinced once again how much motologists and the motological community are involved in traditional culture. So if all the same musicians from Time Out suddenly stop their careers, we can see at least two talented artists and writers.
