The education system, and, above all, the system of educating the younger generation are important factors ensuring the national security of Russia.

The results of many studies show that at present education ceases to play a leading role in the socialization of the new generation and in its spiritual and moral development. Mass media and communications, Mass culture, advertising are turning into active producers of patterns and behaviors in the teenage and youth environment. The results of a sociological survey conducted by the Foundation " Public opinion” show that today schoolchildren have lost interest in history and literature, in those subjects that are aimed at moral education and development of abstract thinking. These items are responsible for the formation of personality. If children lose interest in them, then the school ceases to fulfill its main function - educating the younger generation. More than a third of the survey respondents believe that, despite the large amount of material taught, the level of education modern schoolchildren and students inexorably falls, and the students themselves experience strong psychological overload and poorly absorb information. The situation is aggravated by the fact that the country still does not have educational standards that would determine what knowledge and skills should be required from the student at the end of the training. All this speaks of a global crisis in our education. In this new situation, not only the content, but also the forms of education and upbringing are important for creating an active life position and positive orientation of youth towards human values. The development of new methods of education is becoming an urgent need. The most important direction of such development is the support of its innovative nature. It is the inclusion of modern innovative methods of education in the educational process that is one of the tools that should be used in the conditions of competition between the institution of education and other social institutions for influence on the younger generation. Today, the success of the education and upbringing of the younger generation largely depends on the process of self-determination (i.e., self-assessment of the level of claims, the need to achieve moral, spiritual, professional values, the ability to feel and correctly assess the situation of being, and finally, the ability to struggle for achievements , which, it would seem, are rationally impossible at this moment), the formation of which it is advisable to give a leading place, both in the educational and in the training process.

One of innovative projects in our opinion, the program "Commonwealth of military spiritual traditions" developed by the Center for the Study of Traditional martial art Shaolin Monastery, which influences the system of values ​​and social attitudes of the individual, his attitude towards himself, towards people around him, towards society and the world as a whole. Such a program has found its application on the basis of the martial arts system, but its application in the education system, in our opinion, is also relevantly significant.

Over the past decade and a half, interest in martial arts (martial arts) in our country has grown significantly. A large number of federations, schools and sections have appeared, practicing various styles and trends, from traditional and recreational to sports and applied. The age composition of those involved in these schools is the most diverse - from junior schoolchildren to pensioners. The number of martial arts schools is constantly growing - new schools and sections are being created, schools are united into city, regional, interregional and international federations. There are tens and hundreds of thousands of people involved in martial arts schools.

Martial arts today is not only a variety of hand-to-hand combat practices, but also an institutionalized system of social interactions of people entering into relationships about the practice of martial arts. Such interactions are character traits, allowing to present modern martial arts as social institution. Most studies devoted to martial arts raise the question of the nature of the influence of the applied practices of a particular type of martial arts on the personal structures and social behavior of those involved. And not only because in social interactions a large number of people are involved within the framework of the institute of martial arts, but also because the main component constituting the contingent involved - children and youth - people who in the future will stand at the head of the state will determine the fate of the country.

Today there are two main views on modern martial arts. The first - noting the facts of the replenishment of the ranks of criminal elements by the adherents of martial arts, to consider martial arts as a means of cultivating aggression and intolerance. The second - demonstrating the success of the master of martial arts in public life, allow you to look at martial arts as a system of psychophysical and spiritual development person. In this regard, the questions and doubts of many parents, whose children attend sections of sports and martial arts, are quite understandable, as to whether such an activity as a fight, “scuffle”, (the main stereotypical view of martial arts), even in its sports incarnation, can positively influence the development and improvement of their child. The very process of studying in martial arts schools as a specific type of activity affects the system of values ​​and social attitudes of the practitioner's personality, his attitude towards himself, towards people around him, towards society and the world as a whole. The consequence of this influence is a certain transformation and in social behavior young man.

On the basis of numerous studies in the field of martial arts, the fact of the influence of martial arts practices on the personal characteristics of young people has been established. It is noted that for beginners (with experience from 0 to 2 years), the dominant values ​​are such as sports results, maintaining sports form, improving technology. At the same time, the orientation of those involved in spiritual perfection is very weakly expressed. For students with 3 to 5 years of experience, along with the remaining dominant focus on sports results, such values ​​as intolerance to shortcomings and victory in competitions become relevant. Representatives of this category of students have a motive of self-affirmation at the expense of other people, which negatively affects relationships with parents, friends, leaders, etc. Deterioration in these relationships increases the aspirations of students to win on sports. For students with more than 5 years of experience, according to research, the focus on sports results is reduced. The dominant values ​​for this category are the expansion of knowledge about the East, beauty, nature, love, sincerity, freedom, relationships with leadership. Such people are dominated by a focus on spiritual perfection. From the foregoing, we can conclude that with an increase in the length of employment various types in martial arts, the motives of training and the value system change among those involved. The significance of such values ​​as self-affirmation at the expense of others, sports performance decreases, and the importance of ethical values, the values ​​of beauty, knowledge, acceptance of other people increases. The opinion of many experts is that the aggression taking place on early stages the practice of martial arts is associated with such values ​​as sports results, victory in competitions, intolerance to shortcomings, the desire to assert oneself at the expense of other people. As the length of service increases (5 years or more), the level of aggression decreases, tk. there are changes in the system of values ​​practicing certain types of martial arts. With the experience of training, the emphasis of motivation shifts to the values ​​of physical and spiritual improvement. Young people have increased self-confidence, broadened their horizons, increased knowledge about Eastern culture. What happens to those who did not stand such a test of time, since it is known that martial arts are, first of all, stubborn and hard labour? The question remains unanswered – does aggression completely disappear as motivation shifts in martial arts with experience, or does it go to the deep levels of the subconscious?

We propose not to wait for a certain period of time when the processes of change in the value system will occur on their own. Martial arts are, first of all, a system of human development! The specificity of the system is reflected in metaphysical goals, ways to achieve them and ways of learning. Here a person comes into contact with a system of philosophical views that form the motivation for spiritual and physical growth. In the variety of schools and areas of martial arts, there are systems of transition from one level of skill to another that have developed over the years of practice, various forms organization of relations between participants. The main problem that exists today in the world of martial arts is the lack of a system for educating the younger generation in martial arts schools. In this context, the holder of a high rank, dan or belt is often not an example to follow. young generation precisely from the position of the lack of morality, creative creative principle, ethics of behavior and morality of a human being.

We propose to add to each of the existing schools of martial arts, the method of forming a system for educating the younger generation based on humanistic values ​​from the earliest stages of mastery training, while maintaining the already established internal traditions of each of the schools.

The skill of a person engaged in martial arts, first of all, should be assessed by the degree of his development in various directions creativity, by the presence of ethics in behavior and already in the future by the level of mastery of the technique of the martial art he has chosen. The proposed system includes development classes:

  1. creativity in a person (drawing, calligraphy, versification, sound-motor gymnastics);
  2. ethical standards and rules of human behavior (the code of a martial artist);
  3. human qualities, which determine the degree spiritual growth;
  4. creative energy of a human being.

Combining the proposed system of education with the already established internal traditions of each of the martial arts schools does not present any particular difficulties and is already being successfully applied in practice in the areas of traditional kung fu, sports wushu, wing chun kung fu and aikido. It is especially necessary to note the following: the possibility of inclusion in this system of education at any age. The qualities that need to be developed are dominant and the sequence of their cultivation is confirmed by the historically verified system of training warriors of the monks of the Shaolin Monastery. Each human quality is enhanced by the observance of certain general requirements, the implementation creativity and special exercise. Strengthening the creative qualities, it is necessary to remember the presence of their antipodes in the human being and systematically carry out work on the transformation of these personal qualities that destroy a person. A person has three main centers that need to be developed and improved. This is his intellectual center, including the realm of ideas and intentions; the center is emotional, it can be called the center of love, it makes a person a Man; and a power center, showing and characterizing a person's ability to implement ideas in the world. The selection of these centers is rather conditional, but it is convenient for explanations. For all processes and phenomena, in one form or another, have three components: intellectual, emotional and power. In the physical body, these centers have the following correspondence: the intellectual center - the head; emotional center - chest, heart; the power center is the stomach.

In a person, all three centers must function harmoniously, not ahead of or developing one of the centers to the detriment of the other. Moreover, the dominant center responsible for humanity and harmony is the emotional center. Since everything is energy, including ideas, intentions, thoughts, emotions and actions of people, they form, firstly, the person himself and, secondly, the world around him. In every modern man in all its three centers, in various proportions, there are both the human (creative) principle and the destructive part. The task for the martial artist is to learn to control all three centers completely. To give the opportunity to develop the creative part, strengthening oneself as a person, and not to give the opportunity to manifest the destructive part.
Man is not a closed system, as some believe, not a capsule that needs to be protected, but an open system, connected with the outside world by thousands of threads. These threads, it is convenient to call them channels, their quantity and quality of functioning depend on the person himself. He himself opens these channels for interaction with the outside world and sets them up himself. They function on the energy that a person has in himself. The most interesting thing is that these channels are two-way. Just as a person influences the world through a channel, so the world it is through this channel, precisely in accordance with the construction of a person, that it affects him. The formation of a destructive message is carried out at the expense of the life force of the person himself, thereby accelerating the aging process of the physical body. In addition to the above, a person opens and thereby forms a channel of destruction on himself from the world around him. Thus, from anyone who wished him trouble, he will receive energy through this channel opened by himself for his own troubles. It should be noted that this channel has a cumulative property. The more time between the time a person wished someone trouble, before the arrival of a similar wish to him, the stronger the effect of this wish on him. Similarly, the channels function in all other human centers. If a person generates only ideas of creation into the world, if all his emotions are based on the energies of human qualities developed according to this program, if in his actions he strives for improvement, then nothing else from the outside world can come to him except for similar states, except for similar energies. Maybe. Everything that happens to a person is his own construction. coming from outside world the action very clearly shows: where in a person, in what center, the destructive part exists and actively functions. No matter what it concerns: thoughts, emotions, desires or actions. A master of martial arts, striving for perfection, analyzes such a situation, realizes: in response to what his own thoughts, emotions and actions, such a reaction of the world turned out, and changes, albeit gradually, but changes with thoughts, energies, actions, his incorrectly functioning channel. When working with channels, remember that a one-step action does not immediately change the way the channel functions. As a rule, the channel functioned in this form for a long time and in order to fix it, a long and painstaking work. In the process of such work, not only the correct functioning of the channel is restored, but also the lost vitality returns.

One of the methods for working on strengthening human qualities is the practice of qigong.

Since the practice of qigong is a multifaceted process that includes the development of creative, strong-willed qualities, tempering of character and the formation of human ethical views, it is useful not only for the elderly and the sick, but even more so for young men and women. Qigong is able to move the younger generation and society as a whole to new achievements in the name of the prosperity of mankind. However, speaking of qigong, it is impossible not to touch on the concept of "de" (category Chinese philosophy denoting universal primeval virtue, morality). Previously, qigong training was carried out individually, and the moral qualities of the applicant for training were the most important criterion in the selection, and in the course of further training, the continuous education of "de" was carried out. Qigong is not wushu. However, many styles of wushu are based on elements borrowed from hard qigong. Some specific abilities that have martial applications in various martial arts schools were also often taken from the practice of qigong. Therefore, the issues of education "de" in the course of studying qigong are given such great attention.

Since the study of qigong requires detachment from extraneous thoughts and self-denial, it will not be easy for people who are limited, always dissatisfied with everything and subject to the influence of destructive personality traits, to master this skill, and, consequently, move along the development steps within the framework of the Commonwealth of Military Spiritual Traditions program. The goals of qigong are not compatible with deceit and the pursuit of fame and personal gain.

In the Shaolin Monastery, since ancient times, great attention has been paid to the education of “te” in qigong practitioners. The Confucians, the "martial school" and the Taoists called qigong practice "tao realization" (comprehension of the way), believing that "tao realization" is inseparable from the development of "de". Tao and "de" are closely related to each other. Therefore, the ancients said this: “Improving “te” without mastering the skill is a waste of time, working out the skill without improving “te” will inevitably lead to a meeting with dark force". A highly moral person, even in extremely unfavorable conditions of the negative impact of the external environment, is able to get rid of extraneous thoughts, maintain presence of mind and perform an adequate act, which will testify to his level of skill.
When we are talking about the education of “de” in the course of qigong classes, then, first of all, it means moral behavior in Everyday life, namely: getting rid of subjectivism and egoism, nurturing nobility. Secondly, it implies the need to follow the natural order of things, the perception of life as a natural phenomenon, which guarantees its normal course. As for the basic conditions and methods of educating "de", there are several aspects here, which will be discussed.

Human morality is based on human, humanoid qualities: honor, dignity, sincerity, nobility, courage, determination, ruthlessness, etc. - and is a set of rules that determine the behavior of a human being in accordance with the Divine Laws of Existence. The main tool for achieving the goal is creativity, creation and transformation. Each deed and action of a human being is accompanied by an increase in his own vitality and an increase in the life of the world around him. To cultivate an inner culture means to get rid of bad manners and inclinations. Good manners and inclinations are important both for the person himself and for those around him, since they correspond to the very nature of life. In ancient times, this quality was called "high virtue." It was believed that it contributes to the improvement of skills. Bad manners and inclinations, regardless of whether they harm only others or the person himself, run counter to the essence of life in nature, fundamentally contradict the goals of qigong. Great danger for those involved in martial arts, and people in general, they represent non-humanoid personality traits: arrogance, arrogance, self-will, hatred, aggression, envy, a sense of self-importance, inferiority, indiscipline, excessive suspicion, treachery, hypocrisy, duplicity, deceit, meanness and profit. Only by getting rid of bad manners and inclinations, purifying one's own spirit, banishing all bad things from it and renouncing personal concerns, one can count on rapid progress and achievement of perfection in skill. None of the people of the narrow-minded, greedy, evil and cruel, cunning and secretive due to spiritual inferiority have ever managed to achieve any significant success, and if they succeeded, then their triumph did not last long. In the end, everything ended in failure, both for themselves and for those around them. The ancients said: “Anger, like a fire that burns a forest, destroys mastery and “de”. It is not worth treading the path of qigong comprehension, because no amount of patience can compensate for the damage done by the feeling of anger.”

The first stage of the education process includes:

1. study of egoistic qualities and states, motives and desires;
2. perception of the essence of human qualities and states, motives and desires;
3. teaching techniques and methods of annihilation and transformation of non-humanoid qualities, states and desires and methods of enhancing human qualities, states and desires;
4. annihilation of selfish motives of behavior and the formation of human motivation for being;
5. annihilation of non-humanoid qualities, states and desires and strengthening of human qualities, states and desires;
6. perception and adherence to human morality.
But the most important element, the key link in the process of educating the younger generation is their Practical activities in specific life situations. Since it is necessary to make a practical transition from egoistic morality to human morality, and at the beginning of the upbringing process it is not always possible to act in accordance with human morality due to the lack of clarity in distinguishing between human and non-humanoid qualities, students learn to control and analyze their actions in all significant daily situations. happening to them. Situations in which harmony is not achieved are subject to recapitulation. The review includes:

  1. identifying the reasons, motives, desires and qualities that did not allow to solve the situation harmoniously;
  2. transformation of qualities, desires and motives that made the situation disharmonious;
  3. psychoenergetic and emotional transformation of the situation with the achievement of its harmonious resolution;
  4. physical realization of achieving harmony.

As the restructuring and gaining experience of action from the standpoint of human morality, disharmonious situations become less and less. And, finally, there comes a moment when a human being leads his life, fully relying on human morality. By this time, those involved in the program will be dominated by human motives, desires and qualities, and egoistic ones will be practically annihilated.

"Awakened Consciousness" is that incorruptible fiery element that divides everyone on our planet with its barrier of cosmic fire.

The vast majority of people have the so-called "ordinary consciousness", which binds a person to the service of the world of things. A person with ordinary consciousness directs all his vitality for mastering the physical world in one form or another (the cult of one's own body, comfort, satisfaction of material desires, etc.). For people of everyday consciousness, the Warrior of the Spirit is represented as a person who always acts contrary to the logic of the acquirer of earthly goods. Few people are able to realize all the happiness of living next to such a "loser". How often the masses of people are at a loss as to why all of a sudden success, stability, joy have left a country, city, village, institution, family or individual. And how often the explanation for all this is the expulsion by these people of a luminous person, that same Warrior of the Spirit, from whom they turned away with disdain.

What is the power of the Warrior of the Spirit? As a result of severe life trials, he connects to the high-order energies of the Cosmos. His nervous system becomes able to conduct these energies to the earth plane. For other people, it serves as the same lightning rod or, if you like, a converter of all those negative emotional and mental emissions with which we all generously “endow” each other every day. Can't believe it? But this is true: any person, ordinary-looking at first sight, can actually turn out to be that very formidable warrior who wages a relentless battle for each of us from the invasion of the forces of Darkness. This battle does not stop day or night. The Warrior of the Spirit is always on guard, always ready to repel the invasion of evil spirits. In his hands is the most formidable weapon that has ever been available to mankind - Love for the human race. The Consciousness of Christ, in which the Warrior of the Spirit resides, makes him invincible by the support that is given to him by the entire Hierarchy of Light. Once one has joined the ranks of luminiferous heroes, he will never be able to evade his duty: he will always and everywhere fight to the end for the spiritual enlightenment of a person who has appealed to him for help.

This is precisely the strength and power of the Warrior of the Spirit. The true bearer of this title is not subject to swagger, snobbery and pride in relation to other people. If anyone pretends to be a Warrior of the Spirit, while bearing the vices of a power-hungry person, then you should know that this is a messenger from lower powers.

493. A temporary representative of the seventh race is a person who has successively gone through the fifth and sixth races with "good results".

494. A timeless representative of the seventh race is a man, a being who, due to a number of circumstances known only to the Most High, is clothed with the energies of the seventh race, without assimilation of the energies of the fifth and sixth races, or at least one of them.

And also the second type of timeless representative is a person who went through the program of the fifth and sixth races (more precisely, spent the time of the fifth and sixth races in their systems), but did not master the tasks, goals, and did not master the energy of the fifth and sixth races and according to the inertia of movement along the races fell into the space of the seventh race.

502. In the best variant for other people, this person will suffer greatly when he enters the program of the seventh race. At the moment of suffering, he will either very quickly learn the lessons that were not learned in the fifth and sixth races, or he will be destroyed by the forces of the seventh race, which turned out to be destructive for him due to his unpreparedness.

503. A representative of the fifth race can resist a representative of the seventh race, who has broken away from the Divine plan, if he has learned the lessons of the fifth race very well. Thanks to his mind, he can create a lot of protective conditions that divert destructive energies.

504. But if a representative of the timeless seventh race meets with a representative of the fifth race who does not have these conditions, then the representative of the fifth race will be destroyed (if it is God's Will).

505. A timeless representative of the first variant of the seventh race can be "opposed" by a representative of the sixth race.

506. And the timeless representative of the seventh race can absolutely do nothing with him. Especially if the representative of the sixth race is "temporary" (ie has a mental base).

528. A man of the seventh race continuously trains to judge the events of Life. And the court of such a person has the realizing force of the Sentence.

529. Man, representing qualitatively all of the above, is nothing but a manifestation of the essence named God the Father.

530. A person of the seventh race has the ability to stop events (as if to freeze the dynamics of spatio-temporal phenomena).

531. Power, strength and death are the qualities that a person of the seventh race acquires in training.

532. A representative of the seventh race for an external observer may seem severe, ruthless - on the basis of witnessing by this external observer of such events in which a person of the seventh race manifests himself as a destroyer.

533. But any external observer is mistaken in the judgment of a man of the seventh race. Because all his actions are a manifestation of the Will of God the Father.

534. And everything that tries to oppose this Will begins to compete with God the Father himself.

535. Everything that competes with God the Father is subjected to suffering or destruction, depending on the strength of the rivalry.

536. A man of the completed seventh race has the full Cosmic right to judge the manifestations of life, because he bears full responsibility for all the manifestations of life.

537. Because he absorbs into himself every being in the sphere of life embraced by the Heavenly Father.
Because he is the only one who knows the meaning of what is happening.
Because all beings acting in the sphere of the Heavenly Father feed on the energy that passes through Him.
Because he himself went through all sorts of suffering and relative injustices.
Because He has the ability to recreate what He destroys.

538. It is possible to enumerate the causes of His Cosmic Right for a very long time.

539. The creativity of a person of the seventh race, in comparison with the creativity of a person of the sixth race, is correlated as the creativity of male and female.

540. If the creativity of a person of the sixth race is more a manifestation of the passive, then the creativity of a person of the seventh race is an act without intermediate stages of time, an active act.

541. The action of a man of the seventh race looks to an external observer as instantaneous.
