All information about the camp: the name, the motto, the list of children who attend the camp, the words of the song, the plan for the current day, as well as the list of books recommended for children to read, were posted on a specially designed stand.

The opening day of the camp shift was bright and fun - literary festival "Book House, and we are all in it" . But at the same time, not all children were able to name the last book they read. The librarian helps all respondents to choose books, 9 people resort to the advice of their parents and sometimes choose books on their own. Most often, children discuss the books they read with their parents (7 out of 13), with teachers - 4 people. 2 people they don't talk about what they read at all. The guys named A.S. Pushkin, N. Nosov, K. Chukovsky as their favorite writers. And among the favorite literary characters are Carlson, Winnie the Pooh, Barbie. Not all children read the book to the end, because they do not read well. 9 people read books several times a week, 3 pers. - every day.

It was not by chance that this survey was conducted on the first day of the Chitarika shift.

The results of the survey showed that some children read inattentively, do not remember what they read well, and quickly lose interest in reading. This is due to the fact that more than 50% of children attending "Chitarik" study in a correctional class and a special class. The features of short-term memory of these children do not allow them to deeply comprehend and retell what they have read.

In this regard, librarians, when working with a bibliodesist, devoted a lot of time to individual and group work with these kids. For them, a list of recommended books for the summer was posted on the stand and book exhibitions were organized, and discussions of what they read were held daily. As a result of Makarov's individual work, Lera, a student of a special class, a disabled girl who cannot read at all, expressed a desire to become readers of the library.

At the end of the day in the library, almost all the children chose new books and magazines for home reading (for 9 camp days, the children took 26 books and 38 magazines). The next day, they shared their impressions of the books and magazines they read.

In the third round, two teams had to solve five riddles each, with which they successfully coped. The fourth round was devoted to proverbs. Each of the teams was given an envelope of separately written words, from which it was required to independently compose a proverb.

And the cheerful dwarf Chitarik prepared a surprise prize for the children, which he hid in the library. It could be found only by collecting all the hidden letters and adding the word "BOOK LOVERS" out of it. For a long time and fun, the children were looking for notes hidden both in the library itself and outside it. But the sweet prize was safely found, and everyone was satisfied.

For the guys from the library landing "Chitarik" were also held hours of creativity "Gift for a favorite book", "Our hands are not for boredom", master classes "Waste in income", "Painted toy", "Cats and mice". A surprise for the children was the appearance on the summer playground of a costumed hero - Smeshinkin, who, succumbing to the general fun, also wanted to play his favorite chanting game with the children. And how much fun the guys got by pulling out the prizes from the magic box of the Magician by the ribbons! And so the guys did not want to part with the heroes who brought them so much joy and fun.

The eldest went through the entire Great Patriotic War, and the youngest died in the tests of a fighter aircraft shortly before it began.

Of course, there were no hostilities on the territory of Komi, but how many interesting things you can learn about the Great Patriotic War by getting acquainted with the names of the streets of your native village.

The center of Christianization of the Komi region is the ancient village of Ust-Vym. On the route excursion “Villages of the Syktyvdinsky District”, children and adults got acquainted with the interior of a peasant hut, learned about household items, utensils, Komi tools, hunting and fishing tools, and agricultural tools. A literary and musical composition “I love you, my Russia!” was held in the central children's library. based on poems and songs of poets of the Syktyvdinsky region.

The event, timed to coincide with an important public holiday - Independence Day of Russia - was designed to show the beauty and uniqueness of our native country. But then, on reflection, we decided that it was necessary to use the poems of not famous Russian poets, whose works schoolchildren already study according to the school curriculum, and the poems of our fellow countrymen - the poets of the Komi Republic. Who can best tell the children about the beauty and grandeur of their native land, if not fellow countrymen poets?!

They read poems by Ivan Vavilin, Alexander Nekrasov, Vladimir Timin, Gennady Yushkov, Anania Razmyslov. Each poem was preceded by a story about the author and his small homeland. Photographs helped to imagine the place referred to in the poem. Many children first heard about the villages of Chasovo and Palevitsy, the village of Garya, the small river Pozyalom.

In the next block there were poems-sketches about the river and the forest, which have always been the breadwinner for the Komi people. And that is why such respectful and reverent lines were dedicated to them by the authors. And then - sketches about the life of the Komi village.

During the meeting, we did not get tired of repeating that the poet is like an artist, only he paints not with paints, but with words. “Listen carefully,” we said,

- and you will see the picture that the poet described. And the kids listened. And before their eyes there was a picture of the first mowing and embarrassment that happened to a teenager when, not knowing how to mow, but wanting to show off, he tangled the scythe in tall grass. And it became clear to the guys why the hero of the poem so remembered the girl who extended a helping hand to him at such an unpleasant moment.

And how many emotions young listeners were evoked by Gennady Yushkov's poem "Initiation into Men"! You won’t immediately understand from the title that this is a poem about a bathhouse ... We read all the poems in Russian, in translation, although their originals are in Komi. At this moment, we also drew the attention of the guys, and wished them to read poems in Komi. It's no secret that many words and expressions cannot be translated into another language.

On June 12, the Pazhgin Library held a poetry hour on the street “I love you, my Russia!”. Anyone could read their favorite poems about the Motherland, about love, about the beauty of their native land. The villagers are especially fond of poems by A.

The patriotic direction in the activities of libraries occupies an important place. Love for the fatherland, the patriotic beginning in the minds of the younger generation does not arise by itself, it is instilled and educated. It was this direction that was dedicated to the events held on the occasion of the Day of Russia, the Day of Memory and Sorrow and the Day of the Russian Flag, which were held without exception in all libraries.

By the Independence Day of Russia, various events were held in the libraries of the district: educational hours, quizzes, contests, intellectual games, information hours, conversations. The regional children's library for the children of secondary school No. 4 (18 people), held quiz "With pride about Russia". The quiz rounds were devoted to sights, memorable Russian events, celebrities - what every Russian citizen should know as a true patriot of his homeland.

The Kazachemys Library hosted literary and musical composition « Light in Russia from birches. At the beginning of the event, the guys listened to the anthem Russian Federation. Then the librarian briefly spoke about the history of the Russian holiday, as well as about state symbols: the flag, coat of arms, anthem. After that, the librarian spoke about the birch as well, about the symbol of Russia. A parable about trees was read, and they found out why the birch became a symbol of Russia. During the event, poems about the Motherland were read, songs about the native land were heard about the Russian birch. The event was attended by 20 people.

The day of June 22 forever entered our history as the most tragic, blackest, most terrible day for the Fatherland. On this day, events were held in many libraries of the district. These events were accompanied by exhibitions and reviews. As a keepsake, each participant of the action received a bookmark. A total of 30 people took part in the action.

On July 3 and 4, on the eve of the holiday of the Day of Love, Family and Fidelity, club members: Shkaloberda Polina, Kuznetsova Svetlana and Mitina Elizaveta, held another leisure action "Ah, this wedding on a bright day ...". The organizers of the action walked through the streets of the city of Tatarsk with a sketch of a camomile, talked about the upcoming holiday and offered to write wishes to a young family on a camomile. After that, they congratulated the participants of the action on the upcoming Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, thanked for their participation and presented a postcard. Then the guys took turns calling proverbs about friendship, listened to songs and sang along. The story about the traditions, about the history of the holiday echoed with competitions of riddles, proverbs about summer and water, about flowers and medicinal plants, and outdoor games. The teams "Travushka-Ant" and "Voditsa" competed in erudition and speed. It is believed that on the day of Ivan Kupala, water has a healing property, they remembered fairy tale characters, in one way or another, associated with water. And, of course, there was a competition: they chose their little mermaid - who has longer hair. After overcoming the impenetrable swamp, both teams had losses. After the competition “Collect a herbarium from medicinal herbs”, the Voditsa team became the leader. As a result, the Voditsa team won by the number of points, the participants of the holiday received souvenirs and sweet prizes.

Events were also held to mark the anniversaries of writers and books.
Every year on June 6, the birthday of the great poet, Russia celebrates Pushkin's Day. This tradition is also supported by our libraries, inviting their readers, educators, teachers and parents to visit them.

Very interesting and eventful Pushkin Day was held in the Kyiv rural library. Young readers of different ages gathered on this day to recall the works of the great Russian poet, look through volumes of his works, read poems aloud, and also make a journey through Pushkin's fairy tales . "Day of the young storyteller" - loud reading fairy tales by roles, where it was necessary not only to read the words with expression, but also to try to convey the image of the hero, many children demonstrated extraordinary acting skills. Summer is time exciting games, competitions, colorful holidays. And the organization of leisure for our readers in the summer has become an integral part of the work of the Novomikhailovsky rural library. It was the library that turned the children's summer holidays into an exciting journey, taking into account the interests of the children, their age characteristics. "Library without walls, without borders"

1.08.2015 an unusual, interesting event took place in the library, which had the name "Book cafe on the street." There are 25 children present. The event was unusual, as it took place on the street "Without walls, without borders." Our book cafe could also be called the “Street Library”. Going beyond the library walls, we attracted passers-by with our immediacy, and everyone could connect to us and become visitors to our cafe, which means participants.

“Library without walls, without borders” is a kind of bridge to Big world books. To achieve our goal, we needed to complete some tasks: create a service area where a young person can become a reader without rules and conventions; present the richness and diversity of the book and magazine fund; to recommend books in a way that visitors want to read. To taste the novelties of the library, putting them on public display, thereby reviewing the book. Change in the minds of residents of the stereotypical perception of the library; attract new readers to the walls of the library.
